natures and ev spreads would be very helpful, if this is a competitive team, at a quick glance there are better hold items, items like miracle seed, nevermeltice ETC only boost a specific type of move, using items like expert belt, life orb, choice items, and the pinch berries would be more useful IMO,
try to take advantage of each particular pkmn's strengths, like togekiss for example, and it's great ability in serene grace, and special attack and defense, one of it's more common sets is a paraflinch set, which can be very annoying
Togekiss@leftovers bold/calm 252HP/188Def/68Sp Def thunderwave air slash aurasphere roost
i've taken this set from smogon, if you want you can take sets from there, or just use them as a starting point for you to figure out what strengths you can take advantage, and threats you need to worry about
hope i helped a little, and i'd be glad to look at a more detailed RMT if/when you get to post it up smile

Just little things in general that I'm noticing is that all of your pokemon are made to be sweepers. It may be a good idea to have a wall, or something with sleep on your team just to weaken your opponent further.
Another basic thing about competitive battling is that just attacking moves aren't necessarily good.
For example, your Sceptile seems to have more physical moves then special, so you would want a high attack stat. Sceptile does have a higher base special attack stat, so you may want to consider changing that, but if you want a physical set, then Leaf Storm isn't going to be very useful, being a special attack. If you get rid of it, that means you can add Swords Dance, which will greatly raise the damage your physical moves can deal. Then you could put a Muscle Band on it, or Leftovers etc.
Additionally, rather than only attack moves on your Togekiss, you may want Roost, just to keep it alive longer.
Because of this, putting Me First on your Lucario may not be such a good idea, since you know that your opponents aren't always going to be using attacking moves, and without really good prediction skills, it could cause you to waste a turn.
I'm starting to ramble on now, and since I'm mostly just trying to give you ideas, so you can decide what you do, and what you don't want to do, I think I'll leave it at that. Good look with your team.
