“Hello there! This is Butler Academy. I’m Tea. Headmaster Basil asked me to welcome you in and show you the ropes. Considering the fact that you’ve come, I’m assuming you’re all interested in becoming the best butler you can be. I must first warn you that this is no ordinary Academy. There are many talented Butlers and Maids that can do many things out of the ordinary. Also, this school’s hours are different from the others, as there will be students from neighboring schools that will visit the Academy Café for our training purposes. If that doesn’t bother you too much…” She takes the moment to clear her throat.
“Welcome and please take time to notice the forum roleplay rules displayed by Blind Elegance. Also take into consideration the TOS provided by Gaia as well. Furthermore, we have some personal rules and exceptions here ourselves:
No flaming. No Mary Sues/Gary Stus. No obscene material. The number of teachers aren’t decided yet, but for right now if you want to be a teacher, mention it after your info. (Please include what kind of teacher and the teacher’s abilities.) Be kind. (Especially to first timers.) Multiple characters are encouraged, but don’t overdo it. (Also, give them character skeletons as well.) There may be romance, but nothing explicit. (For the sake of the rp.) Have fun.
Now, if you’ll follow me, I’ll take you through the second half of protocol before you pick your room. Right this way.” She smiles as she leads everyone into a big room, presumably the forum. “Allow me to mention that this roleplay is inspired by ‘Guys in an All Girl’s School’ by xii-Taylor-xii, Black Butler, and Blind Elegance’s avatar. Now…” She stops the group in front of a large round cage with a handle.
“As you can see, in this cage, there are tiny slips of paper. After I give it a good turn, I would like for you all to step forward and draw from it. That shall decide where you will be rooming and whom your roommate will be. Now as I give it a turn, how about you all create your character skeletons?”
Name: (You have the option to give a picture.) Age: ( 15-18 ) Brief History: Description: Special Abilities: (No more than three) Reason for Joining the Academy: Quirk: Vice: Crush (If any):
She begins to twist the handle. “How about I tell you all about myself?”
Name: Tea Age: 17 Brief History: I used to run a pastry shop back home, and a friend of mine recommended this school to me. I didn’t have any money to join, but the Headmaster cut me some slack: he made a deal that if I cooked in the cafeteria, I could stay for free. The money I make is used to pay for classes. It’s not such a bad deal and it turns out that it’s definitely worth it. The outside students could use a little lesson in manners though… Description: Dark-skinned with dark red, wavy hair falling to her shoulder blades, green eyes average height, wears many costume parts (I.e. cat ears, bunny ears, etc.) with her maid’s uniform (Matching red lolita maid's uniform), sometimes sports tennis shoes in place of heels as heels make her feet hurt Special Abilities: Baking, Fencing, Currently training in hand to hand combat Reason for Joining the Academy: Truthfully, it’s to make pastries and meet new friends, but also because I found there’s more to being a butler than just serving people. Quirk: Wears random costumes all the time. (Much to Professor Gideon’s chagrin…) Vice: Virtually blind without my glasses… Also I can’t stand in heels for long periods of time… Crush: None yet.

Name: Freya Chevalia Age: 16 Brief History: Freya was born and raised in a very wealthy family, consisting of her mother, father, and older brother. They all contained distinct interests, so they never really socialized as much as a family. Her mother was a fashion-designer, her father was a musician, and lastly, her older brother was an artist. The only interest they did share, however, was money. They had plenty-- enough to spoil Freya and her desires. As a sixteen-year-old, she was eligible for many private academies, but only one caught her attention: "Butler Academy". Description: Porcelain, toned skin with silver eyes. Her glasses frame her creative, imaginative vision and her supple lips are always pressed into a straight line. Her fair hair extends down to her lower back, laced by well-cared roses. Special Abilities: Decorating, Patisserie, Flower Arranging Reason for Joining the Academy: To develop her skills, and hopefully, relieve the dormant feeling of loneliness. Quirk: Freya has the tendency to decorate almost anything with flowers, including people. Vice: Without wearing at least one flower, her mood changes significantly. (She is either completely stressed out or goes insane.) Crush (If any): N/A

((Okay! Since we have our first, let's get started, shall we?)) Spring Tea yawned loudly, extending her arms above her head. Yet another semester was starting and she was stuck handing out flyers for the opening banquet. She couldn't say no considering the Headmaster was doing her a huge favor by letting her stay. She sighed, muttering under her breath about "stupid blackmailers", but as soon as a student would pass her, she flashed a happy smile. Students passing her gave her strange glances, most likely because of the small antennae on her head. Then again, it could be because of the bee wings on her back. Either way, they'd get the idea of what kind of characters resided in this establishment. "This is gonna be some year, I tell ya..." she beamed, glancing up at the sky. Lots of different kinds of people passed through the large iron gates, all looking for some new kind of experience that Butler Academy could provide. She only hoped that they would like she had...she wouldn't trade any of her experiences for anything. Turning towards the school itself, she grinned. "It's a new year... Can't wait."

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFreya Chevalia The sun's rays sliced gracefully through the clouds, revealing its radiance, and eventually, revealing the academy. It was like an imperial gate opening for the first time, or discovering a cottage hidden in a maze of redwood trees. This school embodies beauty and nature itself. Throughout the general package of students, there came along butlers and maids of different talents and abilities. Most of them are here for their personal reasons, while some are here to find a path to follow. Butler Academy is an elite school for those who want to be highly-skilled butlers or maids. Nothing more, nothing less. All with high expectations.
Freya Chevalia paced slowly through the crowd of students, using her peripherals to take thorough observations. She was equipped with two suitcases, one filled with her "tools" and the other with her everyday attire. In addition to her personal belongings, a black, leather-textured bag slung off her shoulder, complimented by golden zippers. Her long, glistening hair swayed repeatedly as she maneuvered to the main office, where the staff were passing out flyers. A banquet, huh? She pondered, expressionless as usual.

The thing is, the school was founded over 300 years ago… Why he would stay a student at Butler Academy is a mystery to most, though a lot of people don’t believe the rumors. Description: Binx is a fair-skinned male of average height, with gray eyes, and long locks of navy blue hair that falls to his waist in an elegant ponytail. He is usually seen in a traditional butler uniform. His trademark smile is enough to melt the hearts of most girls, which is why he’s so popular with outside students and maids, alike. Special Abilities: Memorization, Seduction, Marksmanship Reasons for Joining the Academy: Unknown Quirks: He breaks down into a depression if anyone mentions anything about his real age. Vice: He’s a strict perfectionist. Crush: Unknown

Binx, having been convinced by Tea to take her place passing out flyers, scanned the incoming crowd. He inwardly growled at Tea, who was probably inside, badgering the new students. She always had a thing for over advertizing the Academy. In a way he was relieved. Since he was passing out the flyers, at least he could make sure the job would get done correctly. He smiled sincerely at the guests, more specifically the females, making them blush giddily. "Welcome to Butler Academy. Please help yourself to the festivities provided and I hope you enjoy your stay." he said elegantly. He would've said more if not for Tea slinging an arm around his shoulder. "Heeey, Binxy! I made some cupcakes. Want one?" She inquired, holding one up. True, it did look delicious, but he was still recovering from her prank cupcakes from the semester before. They turned his tounge green and he remembered refusing to talk for weeks. "No thank you." he drawled out with a fake smile plastered on his face. "Aw, I'm not gonna prank you anymore. I promise! My legs are still tired from the first time you chased me. I don't ever want to go through that again." She shuddered. He eyed her suspiciously, but still didn't take it. "Not hungry."

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFreya Chevalia A long sigh slithered through Freya's supple lips as she proceeded into the main office where the school staff were also providing schedules for the upcoming semester. According to the enrollment letter she received by email, the academy guarantees customized dorms consisting of two students per room. Sharing did not bother her at all. In fact, it is simply the other way around. Well, as long as they don't mind my flowers... Freya thought, adjusting her glasses.
The main desk, and other wooden desks that followed, were draped in a white, stainless cloth. Piles of books and copies of schedules sat upon them neatly, always reorganized when needed. The marble flooring was stainless as well, while the walls contained a three-candle lantern throughout its hallways. Out of the entire school building, this was the only area that made Freya feel uncomfortable. She could establish a list of predictions as to why she does, however her contemplations could be wrong.
Confronting the desk, she was automatically greeted with a flyer, which was then placed into her binder. "I'm here to receive my schedule." Freya stated clearly with a serious tone, almost demanding. One of her main characteristics is lack of patience-- well, for immaturity at least.

After bothering Binx for the day, Tea skipped off to her dorm. As soon as she did, however, Binx caught sight of a rather irate young woman. She seemed to be all business. He blinked, surprised at her sudden demand for a schedule and it reminded him of himself when he first arrived. There was no doubt that she would be one of the top maids in her class by the end of the year. A voice at the back of his head kept nagging at him to get her name, but he ignored it. Still, he couldn’t help but stare at her. “Binxy! Can you come help us with the banquet decorations?” a pair of blushing girls gushed, huddling together. He glanced at them for a moment, but when he tried to look back up, he was dragged away. He gave a deadpanned expression, but restored his usual charming smile, making the girls giggle. “Now calm down. I couldn’t think of anything else in the world I’d rather be doing than helping two lovely young women such as yourselves.” he chuckled.
Tea opened the door to her new dorm. She’d forgotten all about setting up, what with all the excitement from the first day and all. Upon entering the room, the smell of fresh flowers tickled her nose. She looked around, noticing how colorful it was, neatly decorated with flower assortments. “Wow…Reminds me of a pastry…” She muttered, lightly brushing her fingers over a rose petal. Looks like her roommate was going to be interesting. She set her bag down and began to unpack her few things.
The lady at the desk looked at the computer and began to type. “Okay, dearie, what’s your name?” she asked sweetly.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFreya Chevalia "Freya Chevalia." The porcelain-skinned female uttered in a single breath, slightly seething through her words. While waiting, her view shifted towards a young male with long, dark hair and dressed in formal attire. Judging by his actions, and even appearance, he was indeed a ladies man. When their silver, wandering eyes collided, she briefly glanced away not out of embarrassment, but rather lack of interest. "Chevalia, Chevalia..." The woman whispered to herself as she skimmed through the alphabetized pages of schedules.
"Ah, here you are." She replied finally (after a minute or two), delivering the paper into Freya's impatient hands. In response, Freya simply nodded her head once, her expression still the same. Normally, that would be the politest way to reveal thanks towards someone, at least, that's what she was told in her previous years. Her family was not the "social" type, considering they all had distinct desires are shared one only: money. But, that is no longer significant to Freya. It was time to move on, and to forget the past.

Binx let out a long, irritated sigh. She brushed him off like a fly on a windowsill. She was most likely thrown off by the two girls currently following him around everywhere. The woes of being popular... He ignored their constant whispering and giggling and again redirected his mind to the intriguing young woman from earlier. How would he go about getting her attention? Certainly not with his "charm" that had so terribly failed before. Then again.... Perhaps if they were alone, then maybe he could get to know her. He stopped in his tracks, causing the girls behind him to bump roughly into his back. "That's it. I'll ask her to the banquet." he said, confusing the girls behind him.
Meanwhile, in her room, Tea set up a nicely painted tea set on the table in the middle of the room. She enjoyed the peace and quiet time that came with the first days. After adjusting the tea cups and pastries to her satisfaction, she sat down for a cup. The smooth aroma of flowers and green tea filled her nose gracefully. She sighed contently.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFreya Chevalia Before departing to her assigned room-- the room she will accustom to for the next two years, Freya inhaled the ambience of her surroundings, which primarily included roaring announcements, silly giggling, and perpetual chatting. It was a room filled with liveliness and enthusiastic behavior, another element to the academy that drove her to think irrationally. Freya then placed two fingers upon both of her throbbing temples, releasing all of its tension, and letting her hands fall to her sides.
After recollecting herself, she gathered her personal belongings, and strolled to her room where she would meet her roommate. She would meet someone different than anyone in her family, and someone her age. Perhaps, someone who would share the same interests? Or, contains the same intentions? What is she like? It's all unknown, and that was the only thing Freya was afraid of.
Well, this is it. She commented within her racing thoughts, eying the door itself. Even though it was just a non-animated object, it still held meaning and questions that Freya would never be able to figure out the answer to. Her eyes locked into the golden knob, and reached for it.

Tea closed her eyes and sipped more of her tea. Her fingers were just about to pick up another fruit covered pastry, until she heard the faintest sound outside her door. She froze and pondered if it was her roommate. Perhaps someone was passing her door...
The tension in the room was increasing greatly and at that moment, she realized just how nervous she really was. Was her roommate someone she would get along with? Would her roommate hate her? Or maybe vice versa... Would they be unbearable, or perhaps have some kind of pet peeve that she would clumsily stumble upon? She would have to wait and try to the best of her ability to understand. Surely someone who loved flowers this much can't truly be so horrible. Looking towards the door, she waited to see the handle turn.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFreya Chevalia Finally, Freya entered the room, her conscious mind filling up with her last gathering of imaginations. This moment was definitely "discovering a cottage hidden in a maze of redwood trees", not knowing whether it is a good or bad thing. It was all inevitable. Parting her lips, she blindly proceeded to her made-up bed and placed her heavy luggage upon it. Then, letting out a sigh, her silver eyes shifted towards a young, red-headed female who was propped elegantly in a chair holding a cup of tea in her soft hands. In addition, there was a table equipped with pastries.
A...tea party? Freya questioned thoughtlessly. Hm, it's needs something else...Ah ha! Flashing a graceful smile, she reached into one of her bags and pulled out an arrangement of roses. "Hello," Freya began with a timid, yet delightful, tone. "Would you mind if I decorated this gorgeous setup with some of my flowers?" Indeed, it was an awkward question to ask, but in situations like this, she can't control her actions nor thoughts.

Tea stared for a moment at the delicate-looking girl. She looked very nice, thought very strict. She snapped out of her thoughtful trance and smiled slightly. "Sure! I love flowers."
She motioned for the other girl to join her in the empty chair across from her. "Sorry if this seems kind of random, but I always have afternoon tea. No matter where I am. I'm sure you'll enjoy this room. The view is beautiful." she said, trying to make light conversation.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFreya Chevalia "Indeed, it is." Freya conveyed honestly, maintaining her graceful smile while organizing her well-cared flowers. "Just so that you know, I also drink tea on a regular basis. It's simply relaxing." She added with her effortless optimistic tone, moving swiftly and with a surprisingly, large amount of creativity. The last time she ever put her thoughts into decorating was when she took her entrance exam for Butler Academy. It basically involved the fundamentals of being a high-class butler or maid, such as: serving, cooking, and cleaning. There were also specific aspects the staff were looking for, including: posture, attitude, and speed.
Unlike most people who attempted this exam, Freya previously had no training whatsoever. She was only a florist. Nothing more, nothing less. However, there was one time where her family hired a maid and Freya was only six years old. The maid's name was Flora. She was a florist, just like Freya, but with more experience.
Throughout Freya's years, her relationship with Flora grew stronger. And, before she knew it, she inherited most of her talents. From the moment she discovered her new, amazing abilities, Freya then decided she wanted to apply for Butler Academy. What she was unaware of, however, was the fact that Flora was "kicked out" of that school.
