So, this is the product of one of those 'planets align and allow me to draw' moments. -_-
I didn't do much planning with this, so I was wanting some critiques before I digitally color it.

one of my problems with the head is trying to make it look womanly XD I havn't tried profile drawing in a while, so I'm out of practice.

I cant draw heads to the side like that either, so I 'm not much of a help there ^^'

I'm glad you liek the wings, they accually took the longest of all the different sections. XD I got so perfectionist about them, lol.

The structure of the figure is skewed. The legs especially.
Even if you're going to be drawing a dress overtop, it's always in your best interests to draw the legs properly and then draw the dress. It not only helps with proportions, but helps to define the folds and direction that the cloth will have.

The leg that folded- if you look at it, the leg scoops down and then back up at the kneecap. real legs don't do that. The legs are also slightly out of proportion when compared to the rest of the body. Anatomy references might help you out.
If you want to make the face a bit more feminine, try shrinking the forehead a bit. I feel like that's the main non-female-ish thing, but she's still clearly a female, to me at least.
And, if you did draw out the entire body, you must have a fantastic eraser, because I cant see any of the lines for the legs under the skirt. I can, however see eraser lines in other places...
I feel like I sound really bitchy, but I'm too tired to retype it nicer. Please forgive me.

thats alright. I'll see what I can do.
((and I drew the body on another peice of paper, then used my light table to draw the cloths and other details on top. The magic of light tables XD))

i like it very much. great job. the only thing i see is the hand holding the book is a bit awkward.
