History:devon and his brother lurkeicus share a personal story when they were young,they were the most feared of the demen family,along with the strongest,they both are very destructive and killed alot of people and souls,they killed and robbed together for as long as the accident happened.Devon is demens younger brother who was believed to have died in the accident that occurred thousands of years ago.Devon and lurkeicus decided to abandon the family and live together doing what they loved best.Killing.However the family was not about to give up so easily,the king or head of the family,lurkeicus and devons father ordered to bring the boys back.The boys fought against the former head of the family and brought the person to a ultimate end but not before torturing him while laughing insanely.Finally the father ordered the execution of his two sons out of 4 kids he had,devon and lurkeicus fought and killed the executioners but lurkeicus was forced into shikai and devon was forced to use his ultimate weapon finally the father of the boys appeared having had enough of it and challenged them to a battle to the death to handle things,during this devon got injured badly and nearly died demen learned bankai from sheer terror and used it to kill his father,demen was now head of the family,devon had said a few words "go on.*coughing blood"Your king now.you*cought* do-dont need to run." he supposedly died.demen then did his brothers last request and become head of the demen family,the king of all demons.devon died shortly,he was sent to hell,where he meet others,after years he had fought and nearly died,he escaped the gates of hell and got out.although its been 1600 years now lurkeicus has long forgot about his brother devon.knowing this pained devon as he searches for lurkeicus to tell him his not dead and to see his secession,he had a fear of loneliness,he then got a companion.a pet cat,he treated this cat like a king,they developed a very strong relationship to a point devon offered his life to the cat when he couldn't feed it

Abilities:able to use chains to restrain the person,use hooks to kill or torture the person along with other deadly and weird shaped things to do so aswell,can cause a person pain without doing anything to them,has a puddle or pool of blood which covers him waist down,also in this form he is naked(thats the pools of bloods job to cover),like barragan if he used a ability called "shuken pool" that makes a huge black mist,anything within the mist catches a chemical that ages anything to the point where they dont exist in seconds,automatically takes them to a world where pain and suffering is seen everywhere,in this form devon is in constant pain.
Restrictions:his speed is removed,his ability to move is removed,and he cannot use his sword

werewolf form:

werewolf info:hes not like demen,he does not have multiple wolf forms in fact lurkeicus is the only demen to have multiple werewolf forms,however lurkeicus can do this at will,devon can not,he haves to wait for a full moon or use his doll to force it out which cause near fatal wounds,it can also be accessed when he sees someone close die or gets full of rage,hes werewolf is called "rage" it is the strongest werewolf so strong 4 kings had to use there own werewolf form just the bind this werewolf,every time he goes into this form he is limited to only 2 kilometers after that his is forced to be dragged back by a "curse" put apon the young one to help seal him from not breaking the chains,he was also given a necklace similar to that of narutos necklace in which they both take role in sealing the power of the beast when it reaches a curtain point unlike narutos,this necklace cannot be broken only by the "king" of the family which is now lurkeicus aka demen.

i understand dat,i simply made it as a easter egg,since devon is really unholy but works with holy people and demen,who is slightly holy and works with demons,they are taking each others place,see the understanding im doing here xD anyways i dont plan to make the two join up or meet up at all,they only will just contact for a while before something(maybe a plot idk) happens and they get cut off and never talk'gain but i was thinking if the church might alley/team up with the soul reapers and mostly you and the girl,kinda know the secret,he(since he still haves a bit of pride) wont tell demen anything or even fight(they both have a similar habit with guilt 'specially 'gainst each other) also i will add werewolf thingy(the demens were a family of demons and werewolves)
