My favorite type of character to create varies depending on what type of role play or manga that I'm trying to create. If it's a quest to search for an item or a person I would want a warrior or hero type of character. For a Science Fiction series I would prefer a scientist or science officer. For a high school based series I would want to try a nerd. For a battle series I would want to either be a fighter or a judge.
What would your favorite type of character would you like to create and why?

My fav type of character is the stereotype of the Warrior. The best roleplays I've made are with this type of character...
Commonly, my characters are fighters, almost berserkers, who wave their gigantic weapons against hordes of enemies and holding the villain's armies from reaching the mages and archers, at the backline of the troop.
But besides that, I can play in an average style with any kind of character. One of my favorites is called Moldvay Mothgoul. He's a half-djinn (Djinn are the Wind Genies - Genies are elemental creatures, existing in six variations - maybe I'll do a topic explaining the race of the Genies) and a combat wizard. His physical conditions are mainly for visual effects (his body is well formed and muscular), because his constitution is low due to his Djinn ascendance. But he neutralizes that weakness by using wind magics, a rapier and a handgun. He's awesome, he's badass, he's a bounty hunter, he's Moldvay Mothgoul.

Mine varies from time to time. I like to keep things fresh by doing something different. My most common is a warrior but I am not much of a heavy armor tanker. I am more medium for the speed/defense and then a hand and a half sword with a shield. Works to serve as both a one handed sword with good reach or if I lose my shield I can go two handed style. I have also gone with a ranger type which is mostly sulking through the forest with a good bow and some daggers up his sleeves. I have never done a mage though... On a high school roleplay I would have him in between of a nerd and a jock. I would not be a know it all but I would not be a lack wit but then again he would not be a meathead either. Usually my characters are good. It is hard for me to play the cruel and malicious part.

Yoyko,
You're going to like "Dragon Lance" a lot. I'm still creating the RPG and Character Generation Form #3 for it. Once it's up you will be able to create new characters to play on the D & D Fantasy RPG or edit ones that you already have. As always if you have a question about something or need help with character creation or editing to use on this guild feel free to ask me for help. Thanks.
Sincerely, Smithers456 Guild Captain

My favorite type of character is the "skilled swordsman" that is also a nice guy and that is also a romance interest for the girl/s, i mean, it doesnt have to be the protagonist (in most games the protagonist is just some generic f*****t that only helps move the story along without adding to the plot), it just has to be damn good at what he does and impress a (few) girl/s (with an actual personality) while doing it. Dont care if hes a ******** up in absolutely everything else (actually that kind of makes it more interesting). Dont even care if he does or doesnt get the girl in the end.
Im sure anyone that has watched an anime or two knows who im talking about. yes, THAT GUY!
Thats who i RP when im actually being serious about RPing.
