I General of the Air Force Airforce_freak6678, commander of the FESF Air Force and the Executive Officer of FESF, hereby authorize the creation of the First Encounter Space Agency. The FESA will be established under the Department of the Air Force, its commander shall be Brigadier General AINGELPROJECT667. I also authorize the promotion of Colonel AINGELPROJECT667 to Brigadier General, and Brigadier General Abby Knightblade to Major General.
I General of the Air Force Airforce_freak6678, Commander-in-Chief of the Novus Military, hereby authorize the use of the Novus Space Station by the FESA. However while on board the Novus Space Station, Brigadier General AINGELPROJECT667 is Second-in-Command, with the station commander General Shadow Blade623 of the Novus Army and Marine Corps in command.

Archer please pay attention.... this is the FESA thread, AINGEL is leading this, and there is no difference in rank here and in space.... I think what confused you was the novus space station part, there Shadow is in command with the highest FESA ranking member directly under him (unless it is me in which case I take command... btw if you are on the Novus station and you are also in Novus your rank and position applies there...)

Also Archer is it going to be under Army, or Air Force supervision?

Do you mean as a separate branch? Cause as it is now you have command of it, Air Force is just your parent Branch....
