Late afternoon had come and Mitsu was getting ready. She had somehow talked Shun and Desmond to both hang out with her at the same time. It was a feat anymore to get it to happen but she really wanted them all to be friends. She wanted this awkward tension to end though she knew they were a long way from the finish line. There was just blind hope that she was on the right path.
Straightening out her light jacket, Mitsu gave Tim a quick pat on the head before putting on her shoes and heading out the door. With any luck Shun and Desmond might actually have a conversation instead of glaring at each other behind her back. She may not have been able to see them but she could sense it...feel it.
Trotting down the hall Mitsu made her way out of the girl's dorm and headed toward the boy's. She wasn't sure if Shun and Desmond were ready yet or if they would be lagging behind. Hopefully she wouldn't have to motivate them all over again.

Between everything going on as of late, Shun had been having a rather hard time getting any sleep. He had told Bent-Tail of the incident regarding the shifter, and though the rat went to look into things, they couldn't come up with any clues to who it was. It wasn't as if they had a whole lot to go off of in the first place.
Having everything on his mind like it's been has been rather taxing on Shun and each day only seemed to add more problems.
It took a fair bit of convincing on Mitsu's part to get him to hang out with her... with Desmond there as well. Ever since he found out of their relationship, he really wanted nothing to do with the vampire. Even being in t he same room as the other guy bothered him. Still, he couldn't refuse the wolf girl when she gave him that sad, pleading look. He just hoped that he wouldn't end up regretting this little outing.
With a sigh, he threw on his jacket and gathered his things and went to wait outside of the boys dorm. He was kind of dreading this.. but perhaps Mitsu's presence would be enough to counteract Desmond's. Or perhaps it'd only make things more unbearable.

How Desmond dreaded this.
He hated Shun. Shun hated him. Why couldn't Mitsu just accept that fact? It certainly wasn't going to change on his side as long as that little p***k was practically biting at her ankles for attention. He knew about the d**k move Shun had pulled, and it made the vampire want to ring that scrawny human's neck.
But for now, he would bury his fury in a shallow grave and hope it didn't claw it's way out tonight.
Stepping out of his room as he grabbed a small jacket, Desmond walked himself out of the dorm. Almost immediately he noticed Shun standing there, but stayed a good distance away from the boy. All he had to do was be civil, after all. That didn't mean he needed to initiate a conversation.

By the time she made it to the boys dorms it seemed Desmond and Shun were already outside. That was actually a little more than she was hoping for, though it seemed like they were avoiding each other. She hoped it wouldn't be like this the whole evening.
"Hey, are....you guys ready to go?" Mitsu asked as she approached. "We can get something to eat and then see or movie or play lazer tag. I've been told it's fun." Though she really hadn't put much thought into the fact that her and no one else would really stand a chance against a professional killer and a speedy vampire when it came to taking down enemies.

Out of the corner of Shun's eyes, he saw Desmond exit the dorm, though he didn't look at the guy directly. He didn't want to have to deal with the guy more than he had to tonight but he'd try to behave for Mitsu's sake. Hopefully nothing would happen that would make him want to slit the guy's throat even more.
For the most part, he didn't move until he saw the girl approaching them. For a split second, his eyes lit up upon seeing her.
"As ready as I'll ever be," he mumbled while shoving his hands into his pockets and pushing himself away from the wall. There was still a slight limp to his stride as his leg hadn't healed from his run in with the shifter. He didn't seem to be bothered by it much, however.
"Lead the way."

Oh, Desmond saw Shun's eyes light up, and for a moment it made his narrow... Until he looked over at Mitsu. Smiling, he strolled up next to her, awaiting her lead. "That sounds just fine." Not that he'd actually eat... And the fact that it was a competitive sport unnerved him a little. Oh well. "You're looking beautiful as ever." He spoke in a low voice, never forgetting to give her a compliment every time they met. It was more to build up her confidence... But he couldn't help if it pissed Shun off.

Mitsu looked between the two boys for a moment an awkward sort of smile on her face. This was going to be a little tougher than she thought. It seemed to prove more so every time they were around each other.
Hearing the compliment, Mitsu's face blushed a little, her eyes settling on Desmond. "T..thank you." He said those words every time but they never seemed to lose their charm nor their ability to make her blush. "I figure we can get something quick to eat. Did you guys want to watch a movie and relax or play lazer tag or something else?" She looked between the two of them as she started to walk, hoping they would have some input, though when they started walking Mitsu noticed the slight limp in Shun's step.
"Oh I forgot...you got hurt." The was a stupid move, he had gotten hurt on her account after all. "Maybe we should just watch a movie then?"

Shun'e eyes darted towards Desmond for a moment before he broke his gaze and shot them towards the ground. He heard his words and it just stirred something deep within him. With any luck, the two won't be too lovey dovey tonight. Either way he had a feeling this was going to be a very long night.
"I'll be fine either way. A dogbite on my leg isn't going to slow me down that much," he mumbled.
"You go ahead and decide," he added in a softer tone as he walked. He lagged behind the others some, but it wasn't because of his injury. It had more to do with the company. They hadn't gone anywhere and he already wanted to retreat.

When attention was called to Shun's injury, Desmond glanced down at the boy's leg. There was no pity in his eyes. He didn't want to think about what Shun had been through, though the likelihood that the vampire would feel empathy for him after that was still dreadfully low. Desmond put up a good front, but in the end there were only a few people he dared to consider the feelings of.
"Well, since I won't be eating, It's really between you two where you go. As for what we do, I'm content to do either. It's not the activity I came for, but the company." Of Mitsu. Though, he half hoped they'd go to laser tag despite the boy's poor widdle leg. One, he'd never actually done it. Two, It would be fun to watch the guy limp along with a gun and get wrecked by a group of small children.

"Okay, if you think you'll be alright. I kinda wanted to play laser tag it sounded fun." Though she honestly didn't know much about it.
Looking to Desmond when he mentioned not eating Mitsu gave a slight nod, though she took his hand and gave it a light squeeze. She wouldn't mind letting him have some blood at the end of the night, though she didn't want to go into an activity light headed. "Okay, well where do you want to eat, Sh..." Mitsu looked beside her where she expected Shun to be but he wasn't there. There was a slight look of panic before she looked back a little further and saw he was just lagging behind. "Are...you sure your leg isn't bothering you? I can call a taxi to come get us if you don't want to walk." Because as far as she knew Shun only had his bike and Desmond didn't keep a car at school and she had no vehicle of which to speak of.

"My leg is fine," Shun said plainly before mumbling, "Just figured you'd want your space."
He hadn't made eye contact when he said that.
"Don't worry about me. I'll keep up," he added. Though, the idea of just staying in was sounding rather lovely, ".. Maybe you two should just go ahead. I'm not really hungry.."

Score. Though knowing Mitsu she wouldn't be able to stand leaving Shun behind... ********.
"Neither am I, but I'm going anyways." Desmond mumbled with a glance at Shun, hoping to dodge a big heartfelt speech on why he should go and just make him hate the vampire more.

"But you...you said...." In that instant Mitsu looked like a small child who had just been promised something nice only to have it taken away. "You said you would go..." She said softly her eyes diverting to the ground. If he refused to go she really didn't know what to do. She couldn't bring herself to be forceful if he really didn't want to be there, but she didn't want to think the situation was hopeless.

Seeing the way Mitsu reacted made Shun visibly flinch. Now he felt like he had just kicked a puppy in the balls. Closing his eyes for a moment, he took in a deep breath.
"Alright.. I'll go," he said quietly, "I just really don't think Desmond and I can really coexist."
He'd try though, for Mitsu.
"Let's go," he said a little more lowly while starting to walk forward again.

"At least we can agree on that." Desmond sighed, secretly amused at how adorable Mitsu was when she made the puppy dog face.
Patting her on the head when she got her way, he squeezed the hand that was holding onto his. "So what would you like to eat?"
