ever since i found out i had insomnia ive been wanting to hurt myself and ive been either really pissed or really depressed......thoughts or advice plz sad

I'm slightly confused about how you can "find out" you have insomnia. But no sleeping or not sleeping enough for long periods of time can have all sorts of effects on your body. Try to tire yourself during the day with physical activity so that you are able to sleep at night.

I'm slightly confused about how you can "find out" you have insomnia. able to sleep at night.

you kind of just answerd your own question but anyway,

yeah, it can, if your up for more then a week...your are considered clinicly insane.

Yes i know people say it's three days, trust its seven sdays. i've been to the hospital plenty of times so cutting and suicide threats or homocide threats, and its not three days.

I have the same problem..almost..

But now I know it's not really so much the insomnia, because my doctor told me I was clinically depressed..
So it's just the depression I guess. sweatdrop
