History Over ran by the Strange species only known as Spark Phantoms. Have taken over The Planet Earth. They some how managed to take over the planet Earth with their leader Slayer Doomivy destroyed each and every last one of the Z Fighters. After years and years of planning Earth has started to plan a revolt against there Captors, Spark Phantom. They have opened a small portal that pulled you here to fight these Aliens and give Earth back to their rightful owners

Races Phantom Sparks- They seem to be equivalent to their Human counter-parts. They have a mastered a command over technology, and they seem to command a liquid metal that they can bend and shape at will. With each body part that is blown off it is replaced by a Cyborg Body part until they are completely destroyed. Much like the Changling race The Phantom Sparks cannot revert back to previous forms.

"You there! YOU COME ON! Watch out! We got most of them when the planet splitter that we created and theres only a few left. But we can't stop them." BWAHH! The blood started to spray everywhere as a large needle went through the young soldiers head. His brains splattered everywhere only creating an arrow pointing towards the person who did it. She spun her gun quickly as she sighed slowly. She blew the smoke off the gun and only sighed. "Now that was to quick. I preferred when the battles actually mean something. Look humans this planet is ours. you managed to destroy some of us. But we have enough to replicate. Oh look at that...I feel high power levels..I might actually be scared." She said slowly as her swords started to glow with bright blue energy.

Shirubā Hoippu  Shirubā walked about the area, sensing many powerful people. His attention, then was drawn as he felt a sudden drop in ki. He quickly dashed toward the source, finding a bloody soldier. 'The hell,' he thought. His eyes were on the arrow in his head. He then looked around until he spied a mysterious figure. "Who the hell are you?" he asked curiously.

"Who am I?" She walked carefully towards him with the arrows glowing in the bow. She spun multiple arrows in the bow and only had a smile frown across her face as she looked at him. She hadn't seen him before. Her cybernetic red eyes started to scan him curiously. No reading. He actually had a decent level of ki. "How did you get here? Damn Earthlings must have got that world splitter to work for real. I am a Phantom Spark my name is unnecessary for you to know since you will most likely die here." She waited to see if anybody else would come out of the portal that he came from or would he be here alone. The arrows started to glow brighter and brighter as her red eyes locked with her target. She wasn't going to negotiate she was going to kill. "You should run..while you have the chance."

Shirubā Hoippu Shirubā smirked. "Run," he said. "Lady, you have no idea who you're dealing with." He then let his ki spike to show how what she was up against. His white aura covered him and he drew his long katana. "Now I ask again," he said. "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!"

 Well this was some excellent timing, the opponent in question was actually too busy to be expecting a sudden attack like the one that Rogue had planned. Grinning wickedly a figure would appear to actually rise from the shadow of his opponent, a single blade seeming to shoot from his sleeve, as he thrusts it forwards and aims to slam it into the opponent's back, right at the base of their spine. The technique he had used, being none other then the Instant Assassination technique, meaning that if his combined speed and strength were higher then his opponent's defense, he would be able to appear behind them, and strike with a non killing move before they would even be able to react. Rogue grins as he pulls back his hand with the hidden blade harbored within, only to have the Arm Cannon on his write fire off a blast of energy with the strength of a ki blast backed behind it. Actually aiming to strike the opponent in the back, and send them flying forwards towards the other kid with explosive force. Though he did not want to be the one to save the world, he was not going to let someone else destroy the world that he wanted to be able to take over. Rogue chuckles to himself as he moved backwards and away from his opponent, always on the guard in case he needed to defend himself. Stats 55,000 - 3,000 = 52,000 Ki Points Lawful Evil --Stats-- Strength:30 Speed:30 Defense:20 Power Level:30 Technique Name: Instant Assassination Description: A technique that can only be used by Rogue when his opponent does not know his current location. This technique allows for him to instantly move from where he is hidden, to directly near his opponent. Normally done by attacking the opponent from behind, but not necessarily. What this technique does, is allow for him to immediately strike the opponent with a knife or other blade, whether or not they have a way to dodge. This can only be done, if the combination of his strength and speed is equal to or greater then the defense of the opponent. If the strength and speed are greater, then the attacking blade is capable of causing a mortal wound upon the opponent, though it cannot instantly kill the opponent. If it is not, then the weapon's strike will miss, and leave Rogue susceptible to a counter strike. Activation Cost: (Strength+Speed x 1/2) = Cost

Brigand landed with a loud thump, face down in a bowl of potatoes. He had been just enjoying a quick meal when he felt a sudden lurch in his stomach like someone had hooked him with a fishing pole and gave a mighty yank. The next thing he knew, he was lying flat on his face in his food, which pissed him off greatly. "Who...did this to me...?" Those words carried such hatred that it seemed to chill the room, though he had no idea where he was. With a glance around, it seemed to be something akin to a school except there were no desks. The structure had hallways, multiple doors, and cold stone floors similar to most high schools.
((Reaver, how in the nine hells is Rogue busting the 40k cap?))
[[Reaver made a made up to bust the 40k/80k caps, 'cause he didn't feel like entering the tournaments with said character. 3nodding ]]

when the sword entered her back her blood started to drip onto the blade and as it dripped onto the hidden blade it would turn the blade into a cybernetic component. If the user kept holding onto it he too would be effected by the said blade. As she felt the blast go into her back. She only flew forward flying towards her first opponent that she killed. Her body didn't move. It would appeared that she was killed by him. Her ki level was completely gone for that brief..brief moment. Now this was trouble. When in a brief moment she was back on her feet but now she was gone. She had learned the technique Instantaneous Movement from one of then ow dead Earthlings. As she appeared above Rogue firing all three of her arrows. The three arrows all had a blue charge and when they touched anything of substance they would create a flash freeze. She would then pull out a red arrow and aimed it straight towards Shiruba. As she fired it the arrows splintered into five other arrows with a large a net around it trying to capture him.

Now welcome welcome to our Earth and I am guessing you are from some parallel Earth of some sort that doesn't matter. I am Dr. Light and your counter part here is most likely dead and that's why I was able to bring you here. To Answer your questions briefly. No we can't wish our deads back to life. All the Namekians are Dead. And there is where you have to go to free us." Dr. Light pointed to the Ox King's old Castle. "I hope that there is more of you than just you...because...we are in a world of trouble if it's just you. We were over ran a few years ago and now..our last warriors are getting murdered continuously by these phantom sparks. If you know any lighting electricity or anything like that. Don't use it here. It will only make them stronger. AND No! water doesn't work. They have evolved past that. Watch out for their blood. That's it..be on your way. They can sense ki..it makes them thirsty. Me on the other hand I don't generate any because well I am not a fighter I am a doctor you see. The Last one." Dr. Light started to push him out the building.

Rogue hadn't even really needed a warning, the foreign ki from the blood that had made it onto his weapon was enough to know that something was wrong. Shifting his hand slightly, he tore off the hidden blade and sent it flying towards a near by wall. His senses instantly taking notice of the fact her ki vanished for a brief moments before coming back once again. Rogue spins on his heel his entire body bending backwards as he slings himself away what appeared to be a back flip, his hands landing on the ground. Although the moment his hands touched the ground he appeared to vanish in an instant with the use of the teleportation technique. Instantly he would be appearing before his opponent, directly in front of her. Having used this ability just to dodge her arrows, he was going in for yet another move that would result in an interesting attack for him. Thrusting his right hand forwards he aimed to slam his open palm directly into his chest, while his other hand reared back to then be shot forwards in order to strike at her weapon weilding arm in an attempt to strike and knock it away, his palm based attacks would be much more deadly then they first would appear, due to him using the Gentle Fist Style. Stats 52,000 - 600 - 200(or 400) = 51,200(51,000) Ki Points Lawful Evil --Stats-- Strength:30 Speed:30 Defense:20 Power Level:30 Technique Name: Gentle Fist Style Description: A form of hand-to-hand combat used by members of the Rogue's ninja clan. It inflicts internal damage and disrupt the body's Ki Pathway System so as to ultimately inhibit an opponent's use of ki. To do this, the user surgically injects a small amount of their own ki into an opponent's ki pathway system. The infiltrating ki can then be used to disrupt or divert ki flow, preventing them from using their ki. This technique causes Rogue's physical strikes to be backed by his own ki, making him capable of strategically striking and injuring an opponent from the inside by sealing their ki, and harming strategic points on their body. Activation: 200 ki per strike connected

Brigand was still trying to grasp everything that the doctor was saying when he started to feel the old fool trying to push him out of the room. He turned and placed his hand on top of the doctor's head and lifted the man to eye level. "You...do not...rule me. I go where I damn well please." He released the man and left the room, half tempted to kill the man on principal. If it wasn't for him being the last doctor and perhaps the only way for him to get back to his own planet, he decided that his life was at least a minor concern. He pulled his scouter from his bag, placing the small electronic device onto his head and pressed the small red button on the side. Instantly, a huge surge of numbers appeared in front of his eye...this planet was full of fighters. The mere thought made him tingle with joy and he could hardly contain his excitement.
He took off to the air, heading towards the Ox King's Castle while making sure his power level was substantially released well enough to attract the attention of a few of these robotic warriors. His golden gauntlets flashed from reflected light below and his eyes were narrowed in focus. There was not much for him to do other than make it to the Castle or to await company on his path.

He was...fast to say the least. There hadn't been a person here who she couldn't hit with her arrows. He managed to dodge three of them. This was...scary. She looked and he was already ontop of her. Again and before she had a chance to pull her sword her arm was already damaged. As she looked for it to grow back cyberneticly. IT did nothing. The arm was just damaged. She decided that he was to much of a risk and that he had to be eliminated He was in just enough range as she took her sword from her boot and quickly slashed at his throat. As she slashed the air that she created from the blade created an almost lighting like arc to it. so even if she missed her initial mark hopefully the lightning aura would shock him. At least momentarily as she tried to cut off her own arm so that she could get more powerful.
