This is where run away slaves can come to hide out. I have a few rules.
1. Slaves cannot hide indefinitly here. You have to go out to get food, water, and basic living things every so often.
2. Masters and those they send to find runaway slaves cannot just find the place, barge in, and take slaves. This place will always be unknown to Masters and non slaves.
3. Masters and those they send must always wait until their targets leave the refuge before they find them. And they cannot be waiting in ambush at the location the slaves are heading for because you read the OOC.

Karn carried Kage to a hide out for run way slaves he had heard about. He went to his knees, gasping for air when he reached it. "We're......safe.....here," he panted.
