TEAM εPSILON

-----------------------------------

xxxName: Celeste
xxxAge: Young adult
xxxGender: Female
xxxSpecies: Chimchar
xxxxxxxxGuild: Guild of Blazing Fire
Rank: Novice - Rank 1
Ability: Iron Fist - ( Increases the power of punching moves )
Moveset: Scratch, Leer, Ember, Taunt, Fury Swipes, Flame Wheel, Nasty Plot, Torment, Facade, Fire Spin, Slack Off, Flamethrower
Personality: Celeste is socially awkward, emotional, and angry. The stereotypical damsel, but only in social situations. The Chimchar is entirely at home by herself, or on the battlefield, but put her into a room full of people, and you may want to start checking all of the small, dark, and hard to reach places for a wisp of black fur and purple flames. She doesn't get attached to other Pokemon very easily, and will usually discount any claims toward sharing any sort of bond. With anyone. She doesn't like talking to other people, and her introverted nature makes it difficult for her to connect with other Pokemon. Were it not for her socially shy nature, this would make her an incredibly unusual warrior, and a rather ruthless one at that. If there is something Celeste doesn't like, she will usually ignore it, and hope it goes away. Only the most persistent of pursuers will even get a response out of the Chimchar, and even then, it will usually consist of embarrassed mumbling and irritated glares. She has a thing for heights, and prefers to be up high, where she feels safe, rather than vulnerable on the ground. Whether this is a quirk of her personality, or just instincts on overdrive is yet to be known. Her lack of charisma makes her a very awkward leader, usually giving very blunt orders, and if those orders aren't followed within the expected timeframe, can usually be expected to be incredibly ticked off. The only mistake someone can make that's worse than crossing her, is the amount of pain that you'll be feeling when you do. Also, it just so happens that she seems to disregard anyone and everyone as being unimportant. She is the one who deserves to feel joy; everyone else will do as she says. To put it mildly, those who've earned her trust or disdain might find themselves fearing for their lives.
Bio: Born into a small, little-known tribe, Celeste had a lot of rules and customs that many outsiders have trouble understanding. The Tribe of Racing Shadows started off very small, eventually growing in size to a group around thirty strong. Few Pokemon are born into the tribe, due to the strict ranking system and the customs placed on every individual, but many young children have been taken to keep up their population over time. Celeste was one of the few to have been born there, only child to their tribe's leader, Kronos. Despite being a rather violent, war-ridden tribe, it is not a place to search for large or extremely powerful individuals. Instead, the Tribe of Racing Shadows is a group of small, black-furred and unevolved Pokemon. Any who differed from their way of life were exiled, or in the case of mis-coloured fur, forcibly died black at a young age. This was a matter of necessity, in their minds. They had to be small, swift, and stealthy; a tribe of theives. From the time they were small, this idea of purity, of remaining small and under-evolved was implanted into their minds. To do otherwise quickly became a thing of fear and betrayal for everyone the Tribe of Racing Shadows contained, and Celeste was no exception. They made little to no contact with outsiders, except to fight them or steal any worthy possessions they might carry. That is, until Kronos discovered a new possibility. As a test of his idea, he ordered Celeste, along with a young male of a lower rank, to infiltrate the Guilds, and report her findings to him. Contact, she was told, was to be frequent and details, especially pertaining to earnings. If she followed orders correctly, there would be a reward; she and her partner would be allowed to keep anything and everything that they'd earned. Celeste, knowing better than to cross her father's desires, immediately agreed. Five days later, she and a low-ranking Riolu by the name of Keiran, stood at the doors to the guild, carrying absolutely nothing but the request form to start an exploration team.
Appearance: A black-furred Chimchar, with a dark gray face and belly. Her hands and feet are of the same, slightly light tone as her stomach. Her eyes are a vibrant purple, in contrast to the blacks and grays of her fur, and they seem proportionally a little larger than usual, giving her a very wide-eyed and innocent appearance. Her tail flame is a bright plum colour as well, which, also happens to be the colour of the flames she produces in battle.
