Hanging out in Towns with Cnoisy, Lego, Donuts, Guaco, and my friend Tropicalkiwi1104, we decided to see if we could play Duck Duck Goose! Since everyone runs the same speed in Towns and there's no real telling where you're supposed to run, we changed it from a foot race to a memory and typing race!
1. Six players take a bush around a fountain.
2. The person at the leftmost bush starts.
3. Using the Waving Emote (can change from game to game) they're saying Duck as they go from player to player
4. When they've chosen their opponent, they use the Exclamation Point! And the race begins!
5. They must type the nicknames of the other players (designated before the game starts to make sure everyone types the same thing) in the direction they were going. So if they went counterclockwise around the circle, they'd start typing the nickname of the next person in the circle all the way around to the spot they're trying to take.
6. The person who finishes the list of players without typos (you've got to retype any nickname you mess up!) first wins the place, and the loser goes into the fountain.
7. The winner then chooses who's a duck and who's a goose!
8. When we're down to just two people, The person who won the last round will count down from the Wave, to the Peace Emote, to the Thumbs Up Smiley, and show the ! Then they have to remember the order in which everyone was sitting in the bushes!
So, Andy, Betty, Carl, Darla, Eddy, and Freida are in the bushes. Andy is in the leftmost bush, so he begins.
Andy shows the Wave to Betty and Carl, but he shows the Exclamation Point to Darla! They both say "Eddy, Frieda, Andy,"... but Andy misspells Betty's name! He has to retype it, but Darla's already on Carl's Name! She wins! So, Andy has to go into the middle of the circle and is out of the game, and Darla now has his spot in the circle, but she has to make her trip around the circle now choosing which Ducks she waves to, and which is the Goose!
So, let's say it was down to Betty and Eddy. Eddy won the last round, so he would count down and the race is on! They would have to remember and correctly type Carl, Darla, Eddy, Frieda, Andy, and whoever typed them all right and said Betty first wins the game!

Different...Very. I married a Lego are you going to add that if you misspell one person's name, you have to retype it? I guess I can. I suppose I thought that saying they had to be typed correctly implied you had to fix your mistakes. YOU'RE SO GREEN! Never seen a green cow before? You are quite green too.

I'm about ready to play this, so I think I'll put it down for next weekend...
I'm thinking that if more than six people show up to play, first we'll just have it that people will line up along the fountain in the middle and when someone gets out, the person starting at the left lion will replace the person who's out. You get me? Does that sound alright?
