Personality:
Xiao Lei is a shy little pheasant, always choosing to hide and watch instead of run out into the day and play with her friends. Because of this tendency to shy away, she often is found running through the forests around her home, making up her own stories and dreams without depending on the assistance of other children to make her happy. Her fascination with the nature of dense forests is another trait that she really pushes, and loves to play in the dirt. Often times, when other do try to talk to her, she will feel flustered and might even run away, as she is surprisingly fast for her age.
Yet, she is a sweet little child, and when she does have someone who she trusts and enjoys being with, she will do her best to make sure the other feels comfortable, always trying to include them and be a great friend. She has a beautiful smile if one can see it, and is expected to grow into a soft-spoken girl who sees the best of everyone in the world, even if she doesn’t feel confident enough to tell them. With a little practice, and a lot of patience, anyone can befriend this little bird as long as they try.

Personality: Ginna is a very exuberant woman, always smiling and putting her heart into everything. She doesn't let anything get her down, or at least tries not to, but often comes across as loud and obnoxious. However, she does have skill in what she does, and while she lives and works out of the small town of Nuan, she has put word out all across the land of Levintol. She is also very protective of those close to her, and instilled with moral values. Because of this, she has always been the one to tell others off if they are rude, even if she doesn't even know them. Because of her dark past, she has closed herself off to many, and refuses to show the pain that is still in her heart. The loss of her love has caused her to realize how short life has become, and though she doesn't let many in, she still lives each day the best she can. In her mind, she often wonders what the point of living is if one is holding back, and will always move on impulse to live each day to its fullest.
History: Ginna was born and raised in the land of Livintol, though originally she lived in the
City of Aerr. She fell in love at a young age with a city guard, one who was arranged to protect the portal from strays who came through. However, one night when she was 22, her love ended up participating in a rough battle against a strong being who entered through the portal. The other guards who were meant to assist him had gone on a break, and he was caught on his own. By the time they had returned to take care of the being, it was too late, and her love had died. Suffering from the news, she quickly fled to the Nuan to start anew and live on her own, enjoying the peace and silence as she mourned her loss, and eventually put her everything into her clothing. Now, she has little thoughts of love, but has always wondered just what it might have been like to start a family with the love of her past.

✜ The Red Golden Pheasant ✜ 
The wild form of the Golden is often called the Red Golden in captivity, and the males are one of the most brilliantly colored of all birds. The adult males should have a full, silky golden-yellow crest with perhaps a slight tinge of red at the tip. The face, throat, chin and the sides of the neck are rusty tan; the wattles and orbital skin are yellow. The ruff or cape is a pale fulvous to a light orange, with each feather with a bluish-black border. The upper back is green and the rest of the back and rump is a golden-yellow. The breast is scarlet; the flanks and underparts are scarlet changing into a light chestnut. The tertiaries of the wing are blue and the scapulars are dark red. The central tail feathers are black, spotted with cinnamon and the tip of the tail cinnamon buff. The upper tail coverts are the same color as the central tail feathers. Immature males resemble hens, but will have a spotted tail and varied patches of red throughout the plumage.
Despite the male's showy appearance, these hardy birds are very difficult to see in their natural habitat, which is dense, dark young conifer forests with sparse undergrowth. Consequently, little is known of their behaviour in the wild.
