Relis is very loyal and more animal-like than human-like. She has a simpler way of viewing things but is very smart. She enjoys hunting and killing her prey.
history:
She was summoned by Celestia to her bidding. She bears the rune on her back to prove this. She will never disobey her Mistress and will not trust anyone else.
Relis is not pure evil. Just as a Pokemon can never truly be evil, they only do what their trainer/master commands of them. but that doesnt mean that she doesnt enjoy killing.

In a conversation with Krowe, i realized i forgot to add this little tid-bit about Relis
Krowe: A shame in a way, really. Relis sounds so cute and loyal.
Until she cuts you in half. D:

her personality is a little reliant on her summoner though
but if the good guys were to kill Celestia and then re-summon Relis, she would completely different. She would know all of them (assuming she met all of them) but she would a lot more friendly
