Brigand heard his name called yet again and he stepped out into the ring, body suppressed and ready for a good fight. His frustrations were all but gone now that he was positive that he'd get a chance to fight this time around. His gauntlets were gleaming on his hands, though his visibility wasn't that great in this hail. The snow was obscuring his line of sight and hail was hitting him though it hardly bothered him.

With a grin, he looked to the entrance and awaited his foe. Zed, whoever that person was, did not stand much chance against Brigand...but he wanted a good fight so he was determined to make it relatively fair until he grew bored with their game. He was standing a mere six feet tall and weighed a little over two hundred pounds at this point, his black hair speckled with white snow and it was starting to frost.

Brigand saw his challenger, a short woman with gray skin and purple hair. If this had not been a serious tournament, he might have laughed at his opponent. It didn't require much thought on his part to figure out what she was, she was definitely an android or cyborg. But that wasn't important, he still had to make damn sure that he did not break her during this fight. He hated the thought at looking bad for fighting normally. The announcer signaled for the match to start, which made Brigand grin. "I wish you good luck and I leave the first move to you, little one." He was neither hateful nor condescending with his words, actually pleased to be able to fight for the first time in the tourney.

Brigand saw the beam and threw both of his arms out to the sides, a crimson energy shield appeared around him and blocked the beam. The red light shot off the shield at a fifty-degree angle and disappeared into the sky. He probably could have let it hit him, but he didn't want to intimidate her into a lack of action. "Well, nice try I guess." He then rocketed forward, intending to his her with his energy shielded body. The hail was evaporating as it hit the shield, due to the heat of his body that fueled it. The shield want not hot, but it was hard and warm like his muscles.

Upon making contact with her using the shield, he dispelled it and swung down with his left arm in a hay maker attempt. If it connected properly, his fist would collide with her shoulder. The fight was entertaining him, though he knew that he still was outclassing his foe. Perhaps his gauntlets were not needed in this brawl, but it was a bit late now. 'I wonder what she plans on doing this time...'

Brigand hadn't expected her to actually take the blow, but he felt his hand collide with something very strong, much strong than human tissue which reinforced his opinion on her being a robot. He didn't see her next strike coming, his mind still trying to wrap around the shot he landed and why she didn't move. He instantly felt a sharp pain in his thigh, his face contorting in pain and a distinct rage that took over him when he was injured. This girl wasn't playing around and he knew that she wasn't tough enough or strong enough to fight him on even terms.

He moved away, limping a bit due to the damage in his nerve. He stood straight suddenly, a smile on his face. The shot was painful, but he could ignore it because he's had much worse done to him before. He couldn't move it was well as he had hoped, but that was fine for this situation. He rushed her again, throwing a powerful low kick towards her legs. He hoped that it hit, he doubted she would be prepared for what came next.

Brigand grinned as he felt her leg give way, then felt her own foot snap against his ankle. His right leg buckled, bringing him down to a knee. But he brought his face down to her own, whispering quietly enough to where only the pair could hear, "Give up or you might be permanently damaged." With her answer would come his follow up on the previously initiated move, Legendary Dynamite. All it took was a simple command word, detonate, for her leg to be removed with the explosion that would follow.

Description:Brigand delivers a kick to his opponent and upon successful hit, he says, "Dentonate" and his opponent then is hit by an explosion transferred through the kick.
Activation Cost: 1,500

Surprised, Brigand nodded before standing to his feet and releasing his true power to the roar of the fans. He was truly massive now, seven or so feet tall and four hundred pounds of pure muscle. He bent low, lifting his opponent as easily as if she were a loaf a bread before exiting the stadium and out towards the medical wing. He carried her bridal style, a slightly concerned look on his face for her well being. "I apologize for kicking so hard, I did not realize that I hadn't suppressed myself enough to fight full on. But it is good that you gave up, you might have lost that leg when I unleashed the finishing part of that technique...an explosion."

(Definitely, perhaps then I can fight you full on biggrin I'm surprised you didn't dodge that kick, really...His speed in the suppressed state was not much higher than Zed's.)
