What's your favorite way to exercise/get in shape/justify having that dessert to yourself? Do you have a workout routine, or just go with the flow, like taking walks or playing sports whenever?
I was on the cross country/track team in high school, so I like to run most days of the week, that way I get a change of scenery too if I go a new route! I've always thought yoga would be awesome to get into though, I've tried it a couple times and man, that was tough. But awesome!!

Weight training on Monday, and Friday. Tai chi every day.

Yoga. It's really good to get some stretches in and it actually tones your stomach.

Weights when I have time before bed, usually jog twice or so a week when warmer out, play volley once a week during summer, and handball when friends are available

Okay, so I found this really cool way to exercise.. and it fits me. My director for my current play about not looking bad on set, so she doesn't want us to "lazy up" before the performance.. some dance moves are hard and such. So, she told us to actually walk to wherever you are going, as long as it's..
under 5 miles and okay with parents
I've been doing it.. and my hips are better toned. smile

I mostly run and such. But I'm a short distance sprinter. I can not run long distance. As much as I try.
But I love to play sports! Especially hockey and basketball.

I go for walks every once in awhile. Sometimes, I will start exorcising for real. I go to this spot in the back of the Cemetery near my house. There is this circular road. That I use as a track to run. I start by stretching. I do some stretching, sit ups, plus some other light exorcise.
