Look around you.
The nursery is located at the very far West side. The den is fairly dry yet a bit moist. The dry land is used to protect the kits and queens from the damp water around the Camp. Two large tree roots from either side of the den extends around it, acting as walls, and bramble is used to complete the den. There is a small opening at the front, allowing a simple entrance. The temperature in the den is warm enough for kits to prevent cold chills.

[A slow, irritated hiss came from me, my eyes narrowing further at each drip. I had been sitting there for what had seemed to be forever, listening to that infernal noise. My tail twitched erratically behind me as I stared at a point at the top of the den where the water was dripping in, gathering in the corner of the den and slowly streaming out. I sighed. It would be nice if someone would fix that leak BEFORE I go completely insane! I thought angrily. Almost as if on cue, the noise stopped. I blinked, a somewhat satisfied look crossing my dark-colored face. I smirked slightly. That's what I thought I thought smugly, laying my head on my dark brown paws. My eyelids fluttered shut and my tail coiled around the two bundles of warmth beside me. I stifled a yawn, waiting for sleep to overtake me once more.]
Drip.
Drip.
......Drip!
[That was it. Without warning, I sat upright, shooting out of the nest. I snarled angry curses under my breath as I stomped toward the leak. My tail lashed behind me, kicking up a little bit of dust. This was ridiculous! What kind of Clan would let a leak of all things into a nursery? I growled again, stopping right under the leaky ceiling. I stared hard for a moment, quickly thinking. I couldn't use a stick to plug it up, but perhaps moss would work. I grinned slightly. Yes, that would definitely work.
I quickly padded back to my nest, carefully picking off a few loose pieces of moss. It was definitely too early to be going to the medicine cat den, so I would have to make due with the scraps. I padded quickly back to the leak, sitting back on my haunches. After fighting with it for a few moments, I stood back to admire my handiwork. I stared for a few heartbeats, smirking. The moss didn't move. I laughed quietly. There was no way a leak could get the best of me! I turned around, ready to pad back to my nest.]
Plop.
[I hissed, whirling around. On the ground in front of me sat the water-soaked piece of moss I had used to plug up the leak just before. I trembled slightly, my eyes narrowing even further. No.....no! I unsheathed my claws, my paw swinging at the moss on the ground. The blow sent the piece hurtling toward the opposite wall, landing against it with an audible smack. I hissed angrily.]
"That's it, I can't take it anymore!"
[I snarled to myself, my claws digging into the ground. This was the line. I couldn't stand staying in that StarClan-forsaken den! I was going to go insane!
I was about to bolt out of the den as fast as I could, but a dark ginger pelt caught my attention. I blinked, my eyes resting on my kit's sleeping form. I stared at her for what seemed to be ages. Right. Kits. My kits. The last thing I wanted was for my kits to see me in such a state. I laughed nervously, padding back to the leak. I sat down under it, my ears flicking slightly with every drop that hit my head. I just sat there, taking in the sight of the den. I had been stuck in there for about four moons, of course that including the time before Olivekit and Autumnkit had been born. Those days hadn't been so easy to manage either. I missed hunting and fighting, doing normal stuff! It was irritating just sitting in a den all day!
My eyes quietly flickered back to my kits who were sitting in my nest. I blinked. I smirked, quietly recalling the days where I had fully insisted to Foxfur that I didn't want to have the kits. I chuckled slightly. Looking back on it, my past ideals and suspicions seemed a little silly. The kits, they were somewhat worth it. They were sweet; good kits. Seeing Foxfur excited about them was just as rewarding, it was cute to see his fatherly side.
My paw quietly traced shapes in the dirt below, making random lines. I blinked. It was still more boring than anyone could imagine to be a queen.]

[Foxfur poked his head inside of the nursery, a lizard, as they were her favourites, dangling from his jaws. His amber eyes lit up with love and amusement as he watched his mate stomp around the nursery. It was really quite cute, actually. She obviously felt extremely cooped up, and Foxfur could see why. She had been stuck in the nursery for the past few moons. Grinning, the deputy shouldered his way in and padded over to Mudnose, dropping the lizard at her paws and giving her a swift lick on her cheek]
"Hello love, still sane I hope?"
[Foxfur nudged her with his nose affectionately and sat down, gritting his teeth slightly as the skin around his scars tugged and pulled. The night at the Gathering had been a harsh one, and the ginger deputy had received many deeps wounds from the Slayer's claws. Shuddering slightly at the memories, he quickly pushed them away and curled his tail around his paws, gazing down at his kits, warmth and love plain in his gaze]
"Aren't they beautiful?" he murmured softly.
[The kits had taken some getting used to. They were just so tiny! What if he had accidentally trodden on one of them? They'd be dead in an instant. They were fragile little things, but they were his. And from the moment he saw them, Foxfur fell in love. He absolutely adored having a family, nothing compared to it. He used to think he would be alone forever, and back then, he was fine with it. He didn't need a mate, or kits, or friends. He was a NightClan member, and he was supposed to be tough! But after meeting Mudnose, a whole new set of opportunities opened up, and the tough, steel-hearted deputy found himself falling in love.
And here he was, many moons later, with a real family.
Too bad mother and father aren't here to see them..
Sighing softly, he swiftly pushed those thoughts away too and focused on the present, smiling down at his little kits. They were quite cute, actually. With their little paws and faces, soft cuddly fur..
Oh listen to yourself,
Foxfur twined his tail with his mates, feeling as though life couldn't get any better]

(( In sum: Puresun has changed in that she became close to her mother again and closer to her Clanmates. She hunts more than patrols/fights and is great at hunting but not so good at fighting (but not bad either). She spends her time helping queens out in the nursery as best she can and as often as possible (meaning she's a regular visitor). She loves being around kittens, like Thunderflight. xD
Oh, but I'm not gonna RP her in first person anymore. :3 ))
[Puresun scuttled into the nursery, eyes wide. She purred at the queens resting there, excitement filling her little legs.]
"Hello, Mudnose, Foxfur!" she chirped, approaching the couple. "I brought a squirrel for you. Caught it myself! How are the kits doing?"
[She placed the squirrel gently beside the queen, sitting on her haunches at a respectable distance and purring at the little kittens. How cute!
She truly missed being a mother (for the short time that she was). What would it be like to raise kittens all the way into maturity? She longed for another litter, but what could she do? First off, Forsaken still didn't know her feelings for him, and second, she really didn't want another litter of demon kittens. That was just...too unfair to the kittens to be born that way. Another litter to be sent to the Order...
She shook her head, shaking those thoughts away. It didn't matter-she would help the queens that were here with their kittens. That would make it better!
She glanced at Foxfur, worry flashing in her eyes for a moment. Her mother was horribly ill with a bout of greencough. She'd caught whitecough during the winter and it had evolved into the dreaded greencough. Somehow, she'd managed to survive until now, losing a life or two, but Puresun feared she was at her limit. How many lives did Lavenderstar have left?
As much as she'd support Foxfur when he became Foxstar, it woud be excruciatingly painful to lose her mother. She did not look forward to that...but she kept purring anyway. No use thinking sad thoughts!]
(( It's a bit obvious that she's pining for kittens herself xD Silly Puresun >> ))

[The brown and cream-colored queen almost jumped as a new voice cut through the silence. The corners of her mouth twitched at her mate's words. She was fully aware that if any other cat had said that to her, she would have probably flayed them on the spot. It was Foxfur though, and she couldn't ever think of doing that. It was okay if he said something like that; well, it was okay if he said anything, really.
Mudnose looked up at the ginger-colored deputy, smirking slightly.]
"More or less,"
[she murmured, leaning slightly against him. Her eyes closed and she nodded at his comment, murmuring in agreement. They were pretty cute, to be kits, anyway. Well, that was a lie. They were unbearably adorable, to be quite honest. There was definitely no room for argument in that subject. They could definitely be considered rivals to her own beauty. She smirked at that thought.
Mudnose pawed at the lizard that Foxfur had dropped at her feet when he had first came in, smiling slightly. It was kind of funny and sweet at the same time to think that the tom hadn't forgotten what her favorite type of fresh-kill was; especially since carrying out his deputy-like duties seemed like they would make even her keel over from exhaustion.
Mudnose bent down, taking a quick bite out of the lizard before pushing it slightly so it was within Foxfur's reach.]
"Wan'f shome?"
[she asked through a mouthful of fresh-kill. Her face burned slightly as her words hit her ears. She sounded like a complete idiot! She quickly swallowed the piece of fresh-kill, looking back up at Foxfur. She stared at him with a slightly embarassed look before she quickly changed the subject.]
"They're not keeping me up as late anymore, so I'm actually starting to sleep like I did back when I was still in the warriors den,"
[she laughed, gesturing down to Olivekit and Foxkit. She shuddered slightly as she thought about times prior to the last quarter moon. She had always been deadbeat exhausted most of the time, and pretty cranky. It definitely hadn't been her best three moons. She had pushed through though, it was all apart of being a mother, after all.
Another cheerful voice caught Mudnose's attention. She glanced up, putting on a somewhat welcoming and energetic smile for the somewhat radiant presence. The cheerfulness that came off of Puresun was probably enough to make anyone smile. Anyone had to admit that it was nice to see such happiness. Mudnose nodded at her comment, leaning forward to take the squirrel. She stared at it for a moment, smiling slightly. The squirrel wasn't lean, but it wasn't too fat either. That was to be expected though, it was newleaf. She smiled, taking a somewhat large bite out of it. She chewed it thoughtfully for a moment before smirking back at the short calico.]
"Hunting skills, you have nice hunting skills,"
[she meowed commendingly. She took another bite out of it before she answered the warrior's second question.]
"They're doing wonderfully as ever. I've been told that they're pretty healthy, so that's excellent news. They're also bouncy as ever,"

[Puresun felt her chest fur fluff out slightly, prideful of her catch.]
"It's pretty much the only squirrel I've nabbed all newleaf," she chuckled, shaking her head. "Thought I'd share the luck with the hardworking queen."
[She purred happily, watching the kittens move around, nodding.]
"They certainly do look lively!" she meowed with interest. "They'll make great warriors. Just like you and Foxfur."
[She beamed at the couple, excitement filling her. She had another queen to visit-Tigerfang. She never thought Eaglesoar would be a father, though she could see Tigerfang as a mother. She nodded to Mudnose and Foxfur in a friendly manner.]
"I'll leave you two be, then," she spoke, rising. "There are others I'd like to visit too. Goodbye! Bye, little kittens."
[She scuttled through the nursery, careful not to step on anyone's paws, and purred down at Tigerfang, eyes glowing, and chatted with her old mentor for a while.]

x☀ [Sungaze yawned softly, careful not to disturb her kits. She looked down at them as they slept with a motherly gaze. Looking up, she saw Mudnose with her kits. Apparently, the queen didn't like the nursery.] "Mudnose, calm down." [She meowed loud enough for the queen to hear. Suddenly, a familiar brown tom entered the nursery. Her previous mentor, Foxfur. Sungaze began to wonder where Rainblast was, he should be here soon. Soon, another cat entered the nursery. She watched as Puresun came in with a squirrel.] "Rainblast, where are you?" [She thought, watching Foxfur and Mudnose. Shaking off the thought, she began to think of her siblings. Guardianvow would be happy for her, she had a healthy litter. ]

[Guardianvow padded into the nursery, his silver eyes searching through the queens for a particular pelt. He spotted his sister and padded over to her, a soft purr rising as he glanced at her kittens.]
"Hey, Sungaze," he greeted warmly, sitting in front of her as he watched her kittens with a glint of his eyes. "Kittens look healthy as ever. How are you doing?"
[He'd gotten closer to his other sister the past few moons. Once Silentleopard proved herself to be self-sufficient, and everyone else assented to it, she had little need for her brother other than as a companion. Guardianvow felt it was safe enough to let her do as she pleases (not like he could tell her not to do this or that...she was as fiesty as ever). So he'd been able to pay more attention to his other sister, whom he had shamefully neglected as well.
She seemed to forgive this blunder, though, and seemed more than willing to welcome her brother as a friend. Now that her kittens were born, Guardianvow couldn't be more proud of her. Rainblast was a good warrior at least, unlike Falconwind.]
(( hah, he just has a personal thing against Falconwind, I'm not saying Falconwind is a bad warrior ;w; ))

[Puresun finished her conversation with Tigerfang and rose, glancing around. She padded over to Sungaze, purring as she saw Guardianvow there too.
The mighty Guardianvow had mellowed out after becoming mates with Shimmerstep. Puresun understood why; Leopardstorm and Fathom had always been madly in love, and even when reincarnated, they couldn't keep their paws off one another. Puresun was pretty certain they were reincarnated, anyway; the night Guardianvow had mentioned something he couldn't possibly know had proved it, and his reaction to Shimmerpaw also confirmed her reincarnation.
No other cat, as far as Puresun knew, had known this, or at least had confirmed it like Puresun had. Either way, it was just another secret she'd just "forget" to mention to anyone. Like Phantomsong...
She sighed. Her mother refused to tell her about him. Saying he was best left alone. Puresun wondered what happened to him, and who he was.
Another person crossing her mind was Forsaken, who had been visiting her often since the Gathering. He'd become almost paranoid that Puresune'd get crushed by a rock while he was gone. She suspected he was her shadow for most of the day, watching from right beneath her paws. Weirdo.
All these thoughts bounced around her head in a matter of moments. By the time she reached Sungaze and Guardianvow, her thoughts returned to them.]
"Guardianvow's right, they are as beautiful as ever," Puresun purred in agreement, raising a paw as a kitten swiped at her.
[Guardianvow shifted on his feet and blinked at her pointedly. She chuckled, twitching her tail.]
"Suppose I'll be on my way then," I said casually, giving a knowing glance to Guardianvow. "Remember to holler if anything goes wrong. Goodbye!"
[Padding out of the nursery, I shook my head with amusement. Guardianvow just had to have full attention when he was with his siblings or he become so put out. She twitched her tail. What a mousebrain! But she felt affection for him anyhow. He was a good friend to have, and she was grateful to have so many cats in NightClan who had forgiven her for her transgressions.]

C h a r m i n g k i t
"You are the thunder that ignites my soul"
[Chrarmingkit rolled around in the dust, giggling happily. He had been born a few days ago, and was already enjoying his life even though he couldn't see anything. Suddenly, could feel the presence of his kin, Gaurdianvow, in the nursery. His mood immediately brightened, and he stumbled up to his paws to get to his uncle.] "Unclee I is coming for youuuu!!"[He squealed mentally, reaching the gray tom. Once there, he grabbed onto the warrior's paw and teethed on it.]"Goo!"[He screeched to Gaurdianvow. "Goo" was officially his first word. He continued to bite at his uncle's foreleg happily. Charmingkit had a habit of nipping at legs. He occasionally licked them too! They tasted good to him.]
[I guess since he's related to Blood, he enjoys biting things for fun.]

Foxfur
[Foxfur smiled down at his mate, placing his chin upon her head, curling his tail around her. He meowed a greeting to Puresun as she entered, blinking warmly at the she-cat. After getting a mate and having kits, Foxfur had warmed up to most cats considerabley, becoming more easy-going. But of course, he still had his temper, and would savagely defend those he loved. As the she-warrior dropped the squirrel, he meowed his thanks and bent down to take a bite, resisting a laugh as Mudnose offered him some of her lizard. He grinned and nudged her with his nose. She was just so cute sometimes. Munching on some of his prey, he straightened up]
"No fanks, lobe. I'm 'ood" he meowed back, poking fun at her.
[Swallowing his prey, Foxfur swiped his tongue around his muzzle once, nodding as Mudnose spoke, right ear pricked, amber eyes alert. She was basically the only one the ginger deputy really listened to. Of course he heard everyone else, and understood what they were saying, but Mudnose was different.
