Syko gave me the idea with his post in my Status Effects thread.
So far, only Players are able to accumulate Rage. But what if Animated suddenly gained that power as well? As they attack and take damage, Rage builds up, and (depending on their "intelligence") use that rage to deliver stronger hits, debuffs, etc.
This change could allow for the suggested Apathy effect to be applied both on players and monsters during combat. (I can totally see a Psychiatrist's Couch Animated playing havoc with your psyche in a fight) The better a "raging" monster is, the higher priority you'll have to give to slapping on the Apathy effect, just so they don't tear your team apart with their RR4 abilities.

This could work better if there was a visible effect showing Rage being used. People would be able to notice which animated do so and understand why some foes can give the occasional more powerful attack.
Also, it'd look cool when we raged ourselves.

In the absence of the graphical effect, the Target Pane could at least display a rage bar, just as it does for player characters.
