A fairly large house for just one person. It usually has sake bottles on the kitchen counter, and is a bit messy, though Meiko tries to keep it clean.

Meiko was sitting on her couch glaring down at a book before looking up. She heard a faint sound and glanced up scowling a bit. If it was those idiots again she swears. Tossing the book aside she got up and opened up the door. "For the last time I-" she stopped and looked down at Zoe. "Oh...what?" she asked leaning on her door.

Zoe chuckled a bit as Meiko broke off."That's a nice way of saying hi. Who exactly were you expecting?"

Meiko shrugged her shoulders a bit. "Oh those brats from down the street. They think it's funny to mess with me." she scowled slightly then looked at Zoe. "So do you need anything?" she asked not meaning to sound harsh, she was just curious though she was never really one for always being kind.

Zoe blinked calmly."Not really. I'm just bored out of my mind and nothing helps." She looked behind Meiko."May I possibly come in?"

"That sucks."[/colro] Meiko commented then shrugged again. "I don't know can you possibly walk yourself?" she asked before shifting herself so Zoe could get past.

Meiko shut the door and walked after Zoe looking at the book. "I don't know I was going through my cabinets and it was there." she answered then picked it up. "City of Bones..." she read out loud then dropped it back on the couch.

Zoe picked it up again and read the back. "Well then." She dropped it on the couch like Meiko and picked up the remote to turn on the TV.
(Yay more people joined! biggrin I'm surprised nobody's Len though.)

"I only started reading it because I had nothing to do and I'm out of sake!" Meiko exclaimed then plopped down on her couch as well and sighed. Her gaze flickered to the T.V. than at Zoe. "Mooching off of me?" she asked looking at her slightly amused.

Meiko shrugged then looked towards her kitchen. "Not at all I just really want some sake." she told Zoe but the problem was that she was out! Those stupid kids down the street snuk into her house when she was out and they stole them. Stupid brats.

Meiko raised an eye brow at Zoe. "For what?" she asked getting up and going into the kitchen. "Honestly people say sorry far to much." she muttered opening up her refrigerator. "You want anything?" she called back into the living room to Zoe. She didn't want to seem rude and not offer anything, though Meiko probably wasn't the nicest person she knew some manners.
