Ok so apparently I did something wrong and now my best friend is mad at me crying last night me and my boyfriend had an argument cuz I said something he didn't like but I didn't mean for it to hurt him. I hate it when people get mad at me, then what does he do he yells at me. I tell him he is scaring me and he doesn't stop, we made up eventually though. And like a few day or so before I got grabbed by the neck and slammed against a locker. I've been under so much emotional stress and I didn't do anything wrong, all I have been doing is crying my eyes out and when I stop crying or I finally calm down, the aftermath result is me suddenly bursting out into tears for a few min, and the sudden outburst can get worse than the actual depression but right now i'm having a major breakdown and i don't know how much worse it is gonna get...I'm just so scared cuz I'm losing the people I love and there is nothing i can do about it crying

My friend, I was telling her bout how this girl that I felt was trying to get between me and my bf was bipolar then she like all mad but in an acting kidding way then grabbed me by my neck and slammed me against the lockers and i hit my head. Thing is I'm actually scared of people when they get mad cuz my parents used to argue alot and I'm a sensative person. And because I'm scared of people when they r mad I'm actually scared to look some people in the eye

There is always going to be someone yelling at you in your life. There is no true way to avoid it. I think you should take this as a learning experience and try and find something to cope with what your going through (a healthy way to cope that is).

wooah okay who ever the frick this chick is who thinks its okay to abuse her friends like that doesnt not deserve friends or even basic rights! stressed As for slipping comments that are hurting the people you love: well sometimes you have to be careful and consider everything you say first, don't worry its often a phase that should fade with a little caution. Also if it happens again, a good way to get forgiveness instead of a fight is to immediately apologize. I know it may seem tacky and you may not agree with them but itll tear down most of their defensive reaction and bring a quicker solution with less pain on all sides. good luck

I agree with Roxy, you'd have had to have said something pretty bad for somone to justifiably attack you physically. You might want to distance yourself from that friend.
Just something I always try to do is have self control, like I try to think of what I'm going to say before I say it. I know its hard and I don't expect everyone to be able to, but its something to strive for. I think you'll find you may offend your friends less that way. And its true, there's nothing wrong with an apology

Yelling to prove a point I get, But it was kind of the fact it was basicaly for no reason, on my parents side when they yell at me they have a reason she did not. As far as my friend being upset with me she never told me, her dad posted a comment on my facebook status cuz I said idk whats worth fighting for anymore, I wasn't even talking bout my friend cuz I had no idea she was upset she never said anything. Then she send me messages trying to make me feel bad. And no I never said anything to make her mad at me, there were like 5 other friends there and they would all agree cuz they saw the whole thing.

@Pirulaso: Agreed, but I don't care what she said, no one has any right to attack another person unless they were attacked first. @Gemo: okay thats very odd and it seems that she would be another person your life would be much more pleasurable without...
