InformationName: Kazuhiko Kazama Actual Age: 214 Appearance Age: Early to mid 20's Gender: Male Sexuality: Straight Personality: Kazuhiko radiates calm most of the time. He is kind as well preferring to withhold personal judgment until he gets to know people well enough to make an accurate opinion. He is respectful to those higher ranked than him and loyal to friends. He is more than willing to sacrifice himself if it is for the greater good. Bio: Kazuhiko was born into one of the lesser noble families that are in soul society. However he was not born to the current head of the family and is therefore not the next head. Instead he was born to the sister of the current head of the family and was treated as such. While his life was still better than most considering he was born into a noble family it was not anything special around the family compound. He showed great potential from the beginning and was trained to protect the next head of household and his cousin. His cousin shared a healthy rivalry with him and despite Kazu clearly having more potential and skill treated much like a best friend. The two grew inseparable at a young age and did everything together. They would often times sneak out of the compound and explore the more dangerous districts to see how others live. Most of the time when sneaking out however they would just play around and hide from the people sent looking for them returning when they were finished.
When his cousin decided he wanted to be a shinigami to protect those being treated badly in some of the more dangerous districts Kazu joined him. Secretly he admired his cousin and his strong sense of justice. While in the academy he radiated confidence and kindness and naturally drew people to him. Despite the fact that he was not the best student most considered his cousin to be above most others simply because of his confidence. If his cousin said something people tended to listen and he was a favorite amongst his teachers. Defending him whenever someone said anything badly they were both well known within the academy.
As the date of graduation neared his cousin began growing distant which bothered Kazu and he wondered what was wrong. While attending the usual hollow hunt in the living world that accompanies graduation they both had no trouble dealing with the hollows they encountered. However when it came time to return his cousin informed him that he would not be coming back with him. His cousin told him that he could not live as his family wanted him to and after a small argument he left to somewhere in the living world. Feeling powerless to stop him Kazu returned and informed his uncle of his cousin running and was punished for not stopping him. However his uncle had another heir that was much younger that would lead the family eventually.
Graduating among the top of his class he went into the first division and worked his way up the ranks. Being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander sometime before the invasion of Seireitei he became lost in the human world sometime during the subsequent retreat. He did his best to protect the town he was near and trained until the eve of the retaking of Seireitei. Learning of the attack after it had already happened he arrived to find the battle already over and Seireitei retaken. He has since been acting as the captain of his division while Yuki is in a coma hoping she awakens soon and feeling sorry for her family. Especially considering her daughter was killed as far as he knew.

Zanpakutō Ōarashi (大嵐, Tempest)
Spirit
Shikai: It is triggered by the command Nabiku tame (なびくため, to flutter) and manifests a second katana that is identical to his sealed form though is smaller in size. Other than transforming into a pair nothing noticeable changes.
Shikai Special Ability: Arashi's shikai grants it's user control over wind in various forms. Increases his reiatsu output by 10 points on the scale.
Senpū (旋風, whirlwind) By creating a small whirlwind around them, the user is able to pick up dust and dirt to obstruct the opponent's view creating an effective smoke screen of sorts.
Kaze boruto (風ボルト, wind bolt) Unleashes a bolt of wind from the finger that resembles a bullet and carries enough force behind it to actually pierce through an opponent. The bolt travels at high speeds and is almost invisible to the naked eye given it's size and that it is composed of wind.
Kaze no yoroi (風の鎧, wind armor) By unleashing a constant flow of wind out from the user's body it creates a forcefield of sorts that blows some physical attacks back.
Sōkō (草稿, draft) Wind gathers around the opponent and pushes down on them with great force in an attempt to hold them still. Even if it is unsuccessful it would still at the very least slow the opponent down. The initial wind falls on the opponent before surrounding them. (Note this is not an instantaneous thing and would take around a minute to prepare)
Reppū (烈風, gale) Creates a powerful blast of wind from the opponents hands that is composed of compressed air that explodes upon contact.

Bankai: Shizuka ni nagareru Ōarashi (静かに流れる大嵐, Gently Flowing Tempest) the blades of the two katanas become transparent and they lengthen. The blades are surrounded by wind that is constantly rotating at high speeds around the blades increasing cutting power. Also a small metal finger loop appears on the bottom of each katana that allows the user to twirl them.
Bankai Special Ability: With Ōarashi's bankai, The user is granted a greater amount of control over wind in various forms. Increases his reiatsu output by another 20 points on the scale.
Kaze shuraudo (風シュラウド, wind shroud) When spoken this ability releases hurricane strength winds around the user that follows the user around using them like the eye of the hurricane (40ft in all directions). The speed of the winds make it so only the strongest physical attacks can get through. This ability can not be held indefinitely. At anytime the winds can just be sent out from the user dispelling them but not before hitting the surrounding area with crushing force (An extra 20ft in all directions).
Kaze no danmaku (風の弾幕, wind barrage) Unleashes numerous bolts of wind from each finger towards the opponent. Each of these bolts are larger than before resembling a high caliber bullet in appearance though they are still difficult to see with the naked eye. The bolts are capable of piercing through the opponent. The attack can be used as a constant barrage if the user wants to do so.
Reppū kabe (疾風の壁, gale wall) The user can release a pulse from their hands of extreme winds that are capable of causing cuts on the opponent if hit. The pulse moves outward gaining more area the farther it moves and moving at a decent enough speed. It carries enough force to deflect some incoming physical attacks.
Uzu (渦, vortex) Using this ability the user is able to produce a vacuum effect around their zanpakuto effectively pulling the target towards the blade. Alternatively the vacuum effect could be used around the user instead causing the opponent to be pulled towards them instead for increased force behind attacks.
Sōkō no hasai (草稿の破砕, crushing draft) Like Sōkō it creates wind to push down and surround the opponent to hold them still. However unlike it's shikai equivalent it creates a much stronger wind that aims to knock them to the ground and potentially cut them from the force and speed of the wind. Though potentially cutting is just a slight side effect however and the real focus is keeping the opponent still long enough to launch a devastating attack. Unlike it's shikai equivalent the wind appears around them to stop them from moving before falling down on them with all it's force. (Note this is not an instantaneous thing and would take around a minute to prepare)
Kazedō (風ボディ, wind body) The user is able to create a single clone made of compressed wind. The clone actually has substance and can attack however if struck it will decompress and explode outward.
Mugen Ōarashi (無限大嵐, infinite tempest) This technique is the final form of Ōarashi's bankai. It forms his bankai into thin shin guards, gauntlets, and a single nodachi. Like the other bankai blades wind is constantly spinning around the nodachi blade to increase it's cutting power, it also helps to make it lighter allowing the user to wield it in one hand. The armor grants the user even greater control over the forces of wind, and increases the user's physical prowess (+10 to resist damage and strength on the point scale). While in this form the previous bankai techniques are still usable, but each of them are more powerful. Given the nature of this ability it can only be maintained for a maximum of 2 posts.

Powers and AbilitiesHohō Master - His skill in the execution of the technique and the speed he is capable of using while using it is what makes him a master. He is able to execute flawless use of agility techniques.
Zanjutsu Master - Kazuhiko is ambidextrous and has a somewhat unorthodox method to handling a katana. it is not uncommon to see him change hands while in movement to catch the opponent off guard. He might even intentionally appear to be slower or weaker with one hand just to deliver a powerful cut in a single instance preferring to try and end fights as quickly as possible. He is skilled in the use of quickly unsheathing and resheathing his katana for cuts of extreme precision and speed. He is always looking to adapt his style to better help him against an opponent. He is also extremely skilled in using his katana in a defensive manner. He might go on the defensive to try and tire his opponent out or to look for an opening for a devastating counterattack. He is capable of using both releases of his zanpakuto.
Immense Reiatsu - Kazuhiko has an immense reiatsu that is quite powerful and comparable to some Captains. Releasing it is somewhat of an attack itself. Full exposure to his reiatsu gives the victim the impression of extreme pressure crushing them from every possible angle and can take their breath away. When released his reiatsu is Slate Blue.
Enhanced Durability - Kazuhiko has thick hierro like shield of reiryoku that surrounds him making him extremely durable when taking into account the potential to damage him. He has been known to take attacks head on without much physical damage.
Enhanced Strength - Kazuhiko has a high amount of physical strength that allows him to perform extreme shows of strength.
Enhanced Endurance - Kazu's endurance is immense and he can even survive bifurcation for a short amount of time. He is able to ignore most wounds completely till the battle is over.
Defensive Hakuda Master While not being much of an offensive hakuda user he is a master at using defensive hakuda. Able to catch blade with his bare hand without getting cut and to use an opponent's own momentum against them for throws.
