Power is always exchanging hands at some level of a faction. But perhaps you feel you have what it takes to lead, thinking your leader is not doing a good enough job....Then here is what you must do in order to successfully conduct yourself....

Mutiny Checklist:

~Must have been an active member of a Faction for more than 1 month.
~Must Inform either the Captain or one of the Vice Captains of your intention.
~Must convince over 75% of the Faction members to join your cause.
~Must convince the members in the RP and make it evident so as to allow the Leader to have an opportunity to regain the favor of the members in question.

Once you have completed those 4 tasks, a set date for when the mutiny actually occurs will be set, by the Veratus High Council. The Leader of the Faction in question and the Leader of the Mutinous Party will be informed of the final date.

A vote will be cast, with an announcement to go out. All members will have to send PMs to the Captain with their vote by the day of, or on the day of the Mutiny to occur. Once The votes have been PMed, they will be locked in, NO one will be allowed to change their minds, so choose and decide carefully.

No matter the Success or Failure of the Mutiny, the new or incumbent leaders are secured for at least 2 active months. In those 2 months the leader is safe from a mutiny.
