RYUUKISHIN'S CUSTOMS AND BREEDINGS Introduction
Welcome to my thread! If you're interested in getting a custom and / or breeding from me, Ryuukishin, you've come to the right place! Please make sure to read everything and make sure slots are open before ordering. Thank you!
(Note: This should be pretty obvious, but as I've had numerous problems with this before, I'll say it here: please don't take my format without asking.)
Rules
1. This thread is for forms only. (Multiple forms may be in a single post.) If you have any questions about my customs / want a price quote / etc., please post in the main thread, PM me, or ask in your form. My response will either be through quote, PM, or a comment in red font edited into your post, depending on your method of asking.
2. Do not delete posts (even if you posted a mistake, want to take back your offer, etc.). At most, simply edit everything out and leave the post blank, please.
3. You have the right to ask me how progress is going on your order(s). However, I will try to keep your owed work's status updated in my journal here, and it would be preferred if that was checked first before any PMs are sent my way.
4. You may request a refund if I don't show any progress for an extended amount of time. (A refund is basically just you canceling the trade, since I won't accept it until I finish what I owe you. However, I expect you to ask me if it's okay beforehand, as it's possible I sent a WIP but the PM never got through, or at least leave me some sort of notification through PM.)
5. When providing references, please make sure the image you provide is not copyrighted (unless you're asking for a pet based off of the image, and not a copy of the image itself). Asking for pets that are colored after already existing pets or characters that do not belong to you (including most cosplays) will not be allowed, unless you have express permission from the original owner / creator. (Of course, there are exceptions, such as asking for a pet colored after a wild animal or another pet you own, but if you give me an image of a character that looks like it was taken off of dA/tumblr/so forth, with no comment letting me know if you have permission or not, whether you created it, etc., I will decline it.)

How To Order
(These directions are for ordering from Ryuukishin. The other colorists may do things differently.)
1. Read everything in this thread. Make sure the slots you're after are open.
2. Fill out a form and post it here. If it's accepted, I'll let you know. (If you post your form without a total price or with a price I don't agree with, I'll add a comment in red specifying how much I think the pet will be worth. If it's too much, or you feel it's unfair, you're free to haggle or cancel the offer.)
3. Once confirmed, please send a trade to me, Ryuukishin. I'll check the trade amount and accept it once (please do the same, so that I may complete it ASAP and drop off your pet as soon as I can). Afterward, I'll start working on your request. For customs, I'll show you WIPs (Work In Progress) as I go along. This is when you tell me whether you'd like any changes or not (such as if you decided one color would go better than another or something. Don't decide to completely make a different custom, though). Please don't be shy about asking for numerous changes; it's hard to annoy me, and you're paying for a customizable pet, after all. (Does not apply to non-customed breedings.)
4. For customs, once you've decided on the finalized version of the pet, please complete the trade (if you haven't accepted it twice already). For breedings, the offspring will not be posted unless the trade has been confirmed beforehand. (I'll only accept the trade when I'm ready to post your pet's offspring, so if I accept, it means your pet's offspring will be sent soon after you confirm the trade.)
5. Check the main thread or the drop-off post below for certs and uncerts.
Additional Information
Livestream:
• My livestream can be found here.
• Livestreaming is always an option. (If you would like to request it, please state so in the form.) However, because I always provide WIPs and allow for changes in my customs, it is not ensured, I'm afraid. (Because of this, the only real plus Livestream offers is that you can watch as I work, point out changes you'd like earlier, and get replies faster.)
• I stream breedings as well, but because I color their growths ahead of time, there might be instances where I suddenly shorten the screen in moments where I need to look at their later stages.
• Temporarily unavailable, as the connection I have now is unable to support streaming. I'll still provide WIPs, though, and have no qualms with sending any number you need, so hopefully this won't be a problem.
Quests:
• On occasion, I may peruse the Quests subforum and choose one to do, regardless of whether my slots are open are not.
• Of course, I will be sure to ask for your permission before I begin.
Alternative Payment:
(For all alternative payments, simply put your offer(s) in the "Total" section in the form. You may offer multiple options, such as either a pet trade or pure gold, and let me choose between each, as well, or a mixture (such a simple pet and some gold for a complicated pet) if you'd like.)
• I'm willing to take pet trades instead of gold, or a mixture of both. However, I am picky with what I accept (especially because I regulate so few shops), so please don't be offended if I decline. For pet trades I do accept, I will expect equal offers from both sides (ie. if you offer a growing pet with minor edits, then I'll do the same), with some exceptions (ie. I may value a pet higher than what I can give because of the style of its lines (such as it having way more detail) or its rank (ie. if your shop has very rare lines, I'd be willing to give multiple pets of lower rank for that one high rank), or I may do something such as multiple unedited adult pets for one majorly edited adult pet).
• Bribes will tempt me to accept your offer, but past that, I'm afraid I don't give them much special treatment. (I won't work on them any faster, for instance, or prioritize them against my other accepted offers. xD; Please keep that in mind.)
• Items will be considered for bribes and, if accepted, will be valued at 90% LMP at the time of purchase. If I really like the item you're offering, it can be used as part of the payment for normal custom/breeding prices, as well (also valued at 90% LMP).

Customs Basic Information and Pricing:
(Pricing Format: Wolf Pricing | Familiar Pricing)
Semi Customs:
Semi customs are cheaper than full customs, but with much more freedom to the colorist. For these, you may still choose the lines and obtain custom edits. It is simply the coloring that the colorist has more freedom with. Options include:
A. Three colors/markings you'd like (not three of each, but three total) and three colors/markings you wouldn't like (not three of each, but three total).
B. One theme (it can be an image, a song, a short piece of literature, etc.).
C. A mixture of the two above.

• 175k for Adolescents | N/A

• +100k for Alpha Rank; +50k for Beta Rank

Full Customs:
The design is completely up to you (such as markings and edits). Cosplays are not allowed, with the exception of original characters and real animals. (You may request to have a pet based off of a cosplay's appearance, but remember that the pet is not the cosplay itself, and this should not be used as a roundabout way to receive cosplays.)

Edits:
If you'd like edits (whether they be items or changes to the base lineart), please add the given prices below to your total. (Edits are available to both semi and full customs.) I price edits based on size and complexity. If you'd like edits but are unsure as to what category I would place them under, you're free to ask.
Please keep in mind that edits that are too human-like (such as elongated fur that resemble hair and clothes) or unnatural to the species (such as horns, wings, and multiple tails) are not allowed in the shop. Accessories, however, are fine.
If you'd like multiple uncerts (with and without edits), please state so in the form.

Pack Customs:
These are customs you can order (same types as above, such as semi, full, with or without edits, and wolves and familiars, and even random pets), except at a discounted price, for the sole purpose of mass-ordering them to hold contests for your pack (contests may be held in the guild here). They, of course, come with their own rules, which should be kept in mind before purchasing.
Rules:
1. All pets ordered for pack customs must be given away (whether to a specific person or through game) for free. In no way may any monetary gain be made in return for them, whether it be gold, art, or anything else. They do not have to be for your pack, and may be donated or distributed to other (and even multiple) packs if you prefer.
2. The buyer may not keep a pet for him or herself. The lowered prices are for helping packs, not for getting someone a cheaper custom.
3. A maximum of five customs may be purchased at one slot opening through this method, regardless of how many packs you plan to distribute the pets through. (Only a maximum of two per slot opening may be full customs.)
4. All pets purchased through this method must stay in their designated pack, unless the pack thread has been dead for six months or the owner(s) of the alpha(s) and the buyer gives you permission to have your pet leave. (I know some may be iffy with this rule, especially since the buyer paid for the pet for the sole purpose of having it stay in a specific pack. But, really, all you need is for someone to post in the pack thread at least once every few months just to have the pet(s) stay. :Ca Still, if you're strongly against this rule, feel free to send me a PM, or simply don't use this method at all.)
5. You're free to set up your own requirements for the pets (ie. he'll have to be a little crazy) so long as they do not go against our own rules. These requirements must be made clear to any potential owners before the pet is given away, however. If you give a pet away and later tell the owner that hey, there are some requirements for keeping it, the owner is under no obligation to follow through.

Family Customs:
If you'd like to extend your existing pet's family, you can, and for lower prices, as well! However, it comes with its own rules, which should be kept in mind before purchasing. (If you choose to purchase an extended family member, simply fill out a form and let us know its relations (ie. "Bob's Mother") in the "Additional Comments" section.)
Rules:
1. This option is only available for gen. 1 pets.
2. In-character, the family members you can buy must be in the same gen or an older one of the pet you are purchasing a family for. (This means cousins, aunts, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and the such are okay, but not sons, granddaughters, etc.) Out-of-character, the family members will be gen. 1, as well. The pet you're purchasing a family for will not be bumped down to gen. 2 or anything, but will stay as is.
3. The family members purchased will count as "official" relations in breedings, and they may contribute to any throwbacks that may occur. They count for the in-breeding rule, as well, and may not breed with with one another.
4. Pets purchased through this method may be kept or given away for free. If the latter is done, in no way may any monetary gain be made in return for them, whether it be gold, art, or anything else.
5. You're free to set up your own requirements for the pets (ie. he ran away from the family at a young age) so long as they do not go against our own rules. These requirements must be made clear to any potential owners before the pet is given away, however. Breedings Basic Information and Pricing:
(Pricing Format: Wolf Pricing | Familiar Pricing)
Types:
• Regular Breeding
Regular breeding passes down randomly traits from each parent to their pups. Each pup, while retaining some traits from their parents, will not look identical to one another unless one or more of the parents of the pups have twins or blood related members have twins. However, this is not 100% guaranteed if there are twins. Gender for regular breeding is random.
• Custom Breeding
Custom breeding allows the owner(s) to select which traits will be passed down to the pups as well as gender. Please see below for prices.
Litter Sizes:
• Wolves: 1-5
• • Adolescent Female Wolves: 1-3
• Cerka Riding Deer: 1-3
• Foxes: 1-5
• Lynxes: 1-5
Rules:
• Family members cannot breed. Yeah, no incest guys. Even if they aren't blood related. You can't do it, so don't ask.
• You may gift a pup to a friend. You did pay for it, so if you want to give a pup to a friend as a gift that's fine. However you CANNOT sell, auction, take bribes for the pup. If you're caught doing so you will be black listed. End of story.
• A wolf must be an adolescent or older to breed. Think this is just common knowledge. Pups are structurally unsound and unable to conceive and must wait till their bodies have matured before they can breed.
• A female cannot breed again till after her pups have reached adolescence. Like any good mom you should be tending to your pups till they mature. And if you're pregnant you cannot get pregnant during a current pregnancy.
• Same-sex life-mating is not allowed. However, an affectionate relationship can be forged between a same-sex pair. If it reaches the stage where friendship blossoms into love, the plot(s) leading to this must be shown to Vistada. Then, they can, as a couple (not life-mates), find a surrogate to breed with. They can also adopt. This, however, shall be rare.
• Life-mating is forever. In extreme circumstances, however, they may be broken. It must be agreed upon by both parties, and the couple affected can not life mate for a month, and can not breed for two months.
• Male lone wolves can breed as many times as they want with any rank, because they're jerks and aren't sticking around to create a pack or be in one. Lone males are not the best fatherly type, after all. Female lone wolves can breed with any rank as well, but can only conceive again after their pups reach adolescence.
• If there are two mated alphas in a pack, they can only breed with each. If there is only one alpha (or two, but neither are mates because they're siblings or simply friends), they can mate with a wolf in a lower rank. If there had only been one alpha, his or her mate will become the second alpha. If there had been two, then the alpha's mate will hold the same rank but will be considered in a higher position within the pack. Alphas may have a flings until they find a life-mate, after which flings are no longer allowed. Breeding alphas with non-alphas will cost an additional 20k to the normal breeding fee.
• If two different owners are choosing to breed you will have to decide how to split the pups. This is pretty self explanatory.
• If you want edits from the parents to pass down, it will cost extra. Only physiological edits can be passed down. Items such as bracelets or other accessories are not passable unless the artist chooses to (you can always ask me not to pass on these things, too, just to be sure). (However, there are some things, such as scars, that I will never pass down.)
• If one or both of the parents are not first gen pets, there remains a possibility for throwbacks.
• You must wait two weeks after your pet is eligible to breed to breed him or her. No more, no less.
• When litters are completed, I will PM them to all owners of the parents.
Litter Pricing:
Single Litter
One offspring per litter.
Regular: 15k | 10k
Small Litter
Two offspring per litter.
Regular: 30k | 20k
Medium Litter
Three offspring per litter.
Regular: 40k | 30k (Adolescent female wolves and deer cannot have more than three offspring in one litter.)
Medium-Large Litter
Four offspring per litter.
Regular: 50k | 40k
Large Litter
Five offspring per litter.
Regular: 60k | 50k
Custom Offspring
Semi: 20k | 10k (per offspring)
Full: 50k | 25k (per offspring)
These are part of the litter purchased, not an addition to it (meaning if you bought a litter of five and custom in three pups, there will still be five pups total, but only two of them will be random). The pups must resemble their parents (or any relations from official breedings, such as grandparents). I reserve the right to refuse to custom in a pup if it looks too different from its blood relations. With a custom, you're free to choose gender and when he or she was born (such as first or third) along with designs and, if you'd prefer, edits (see below for more details). For semi customs, you're allowed to choose up to three colors and two patterns from the parents and at least one of each will be used. You do not get say in where or how colors or patterns are used. For full customs, you're allowed to decide what the pup looks like. (These prices cover only the color prices, not the edit prices.)
Edit Pricing:
(Edit prices apply to physiological edits only (such as longer fur or a different tail position). Item edits are colorist choice, or may be purchased in an open item shop. If you'd like any item edits to pass on, feel free to mention it in the form and I will be more inclined to add them to an offspring. If you don't want any edits to pass on no matter what, please mention it in the form, as well (even physiological edits, as I may choose to pass some down for free if I like the edits). Some edits will only show up after the pup/fawn/kit has grown, although this will be rare. Also keep in mind that, most likely, any edits I choose to pass down won't be exactly the same as the parents', but will be based off of their's (ie. if the mother has a purple feather behind her ear, it could end up as blue on a pup's flank instead, or if the father has a snarl edit, a pup may inherit an expression edit, but it won't necessarily be a snarl).)
Random Edits (Random means you choose which edits will pass on, but there will be a 50% per edit per offspring chance of having it passed on. (Ie. If you want to pass on an expression edit and long fur, each pup will be rolled for both the expression and fur edit, but not both at once.) If the dice are particularly unkind and give none of your offspring any edits, I'll colorist choice edits as I go.)
Wolves:
• 10-15k for Simple (+2k for every additional offspring)
• 20-35k for Moderate (+5k for every additional offspring)
• 50-75k for Heavy (+10k for every additional offspring)
Familiars:
• 7-10k for Simple (+2k for every additional offspring)
• 15-25k for Moderate (+5k for every additional offspring)
• 40-60k for Heavy (+10k for every additional offspring)
Custom Edits (You choose which edits pass on. (However, they must be related to the edits their official bloodline possess, or you'll have to purchase the edits from an item shop instead.) The prices below are not per litter as the random edit prices were, but per offspring.)
Wolves:
• 20-30k for Simple
• 50-75k for Moderate
• 100k+ for Heavy
Familiars:
• 10-20k for Simple
• 35-60k for Moderate
• 80k+ for Heavy
Prices are split based on how many of your offspring you want to give a chance to inherit edits. (For instance, if you ordered a five-pup litter for your wolf and want only two of them to be rolled for simple edits, you would only pay 10k (Base) + 2k (Additional Offspring) = 12k total.)
If you would like all offspring in your litter to have a chance for a random edit but would like to give a few an ensured custom edit, that's possible, as well. Simply remove the "Additional Offspring" price for the amount of offspring you want to give custom edits to, and then add the custom prices on top of it. (For instance, if you ordered a five-pup litter for your wolf with parents that have three simple edits (a smile, a slight ear quirk, and a wink, for example) and want all of them to have a chance to inherit them, but want to ensure one pup gets the ear quirk, you would pay 10k (Base) + 6k (Additional Offspring; there are four additional offspring but since you'll be adding custom prices to one of them, you omit it and simply pay the additional offspring fee for three pups) + 20k (Single Simple Custom) = 36k total.)

Adoptive Breeding:
If you have a homosexual couple who have been plotted and approved by Vistada to breed with a surrogate, there's an option to "adopt" offspring instead. It's the same as purchasing a normal breeding, except the offspring will be first generation pets, and whether or not they are related is up to the colorist (you can end up with a brother and sister and a completely unrelated pup, for instance). They, of course, come with their own rules, which should be kept in mind before purchasing.
Rules:
1. Remember, the couple must have been approved by Vistada first.
2. Because it's hard to find offspring alone and unguarded and up for adoption in the wild, litter sizes are limited to one to three offspring. If you would like more, your pet will have to either find a surrogate pet or find a male and female couple out of the existing pets willing to purchase a five-offspring litter to donate to your family. (Or multiples, with varying litter sizes, if you were interested in pets that weren't all related to one another, I suppose.)
3. In the "Additional Comments" section in the form, you must provide a description of how your couple found the offspring.
4. All adopted offspring from couples will be considered siblings, regardless of whether they are truly blood-related or not, and may not breed with one another.
5. Save for the changes mentioned above, all other breeding rules apply. (Owners must decide who they go to, the couple must wait for the pups to grow to adolescence before adopting again, etc.)
