Fail-safe a Large purple dome of electricity engulfs the holder, burning them to a crisp, leaving nothing behind. [only againt npcs and gennins who agree]
what rank besides you can use the sword Chunnin and up, but they cant unleash its powers, they can just hold it, and fight.
