You get these scrolls from quests, and I know not everybody has a pet so if you'd like to sell of yours...
I think its only 60%s, but there may be 10%s as well? I'd take either.
Offering 80k for 60%, 45k for 10%, negotiable.

I'm not always on then since I'm frequently out of the house on weekends and I tend to avoid the more busy hours but sometimes I still try to get on to see people.
