That's quite alright. I got another new touhou themed resturant idea incase your into seafood. Oh and I worked up on the Fujiwara grill menu......(might contain spelling errors so forgive me if im not a good speller.)
Welcome to the Fujiwara Grill where everything is cooked under open flame. Our policy is to serve you foods that are fresh and never frozen or processed. From steaks to hibachi. Even our fruits and vegtables are cooked under an open flame. We even smoke with both domestic and imported coals, wood, and bark chips. We hope you enjoy your experence....
Apitisers:
Miso soup= Origional Miso Soup cooked in a stone pot under open flame.
Grilled salad= Snow peas, leek, and other vegtables grilled under an open flame served with a bed of white rice.
Squid Salad= Freshly chopped and grilled squid served with cooked seaweed.
Yakitori= Mokou was famous for her yakitori when she ran the stand. Now served here and now better than ever.
Beef dumplings= Cooked in a stone pot and open flame served with aisan gravy.
Sesemie pork= Pork tips cooked in peanut sauce and served with sesemie seeds.
Grilled mushrooms= Picked by Marisa and cooked under an open flame served with sauce.
Meat:
Fujiwara yakitori dinner= Large portions of yakitori served in a round plate, smoked, basted, and served with extra sauce.
Beef Hibachi= Hibachi steak served with vegtables bedded by rice.
Shrimp Hibachi= Hibachi shrimp served with vegtables bedded by rice.
American style grilled steak= American style open flame grilled beef served the Mokou way.
Fire grilled crab cakes= Crab cakes first baked then open flame grilled and seasoned with Mokou's signature spices.
Mexican style beef tips= Beef tips cooked and open flame grilled and served with either corn or flour tortias and served with sides of beans, chorizo, and red rice.
Fujiwara burger= Open flame grilled burger served with lettuce, tomatoes, sauces, bacon, and cheese.
Fujiwara hotdogs= Open flame grilled links (either franks, borats, large sausage links) served with chilli, graded cheese, onions, colslaw, jalipinos, habineros, and relish by your choice.
Fujiwara ribs= Served either 6" or 12" baby back ribs cooked under an open flame spiced and seasoned with Mokou's signature spices and sauces.
Fujiwara prime rib= Big slab of thick cut prime rib cooked under an open flame spiced and seasoned with Mokou's signature spices and sauces.
Fujiwara pulled pork= Pulled pork crusted by open fire and treated with smoke flavor and spiced and seasoned with Mokou's signature spices and sauces, and served with corn dusted and grilled rolls.
Pork Hibachi= Pork hibachi served with vegtables bedded by rice.
Salmon Hibachi= Salmon hibachi served with vegtables bedded by rice.
Vegtables:
Grilled corn on cob= Open flame grilled corn served by requested amount served with cob skewers.
Skewered vegtables= Your choice of vegtabbles cooked under an open flame and served skewer style.
Leek salad= Large salad served with open flamed leek and bamboo. Served with salad dressing of your choice.
Drinks:
Soda, water, tea, Milk tea, beer, sake, and or coffee.
Deserts:
Fujiwara fruit salad= Skewered fruits cooked under open flame and served with whipped cream and or chocolate sauces.
Pineapple boat= Open flame cooked sliced pineapple served with fruits and selections of desert sauses.
Fruit Hibachi= Fruit hibachi served with cooked smaller fruits covered in selected desert sauses and served with sweetened bedded rice.
