Background History:
• Elias was born in Hylius several years before it was overrun by demons. He spent his childhood growing up down by the docks, listening to the stories the incoming merchants would tell him and learning their songs and dances. His father disapproved of this behavior, for he wanted his firstborn son to become a mighty Templar, perhaps even a Death Knight. However, his mother, who was a Bard, encouraged him and taught him everything she knew.
About four years after Elias's little sister, Sariah, was born, demons set in upon Hylius, taking the city for their own. His father stayed behind to help fend of the enemies, and was killed, while his mother mysteriously disappeared. Elias ran with Sariah, and took care of her until he decided to set off on his own journey, seeing the world as a traveling dancer. They haven't seen each other since they parted ways, but they have kept in touch through letters.
