That's right. I beat you all to it. cool It's a Batou topic.
Though I may be a bigger fan of the Major, Batou has to be one of my favorite characters in the series. You've gotta love that guy, I mean, it's hard not to. Unless you're one of those people who say: "OMFG Batou is soooo ugly!" Cause he's not.
So anyway. Post what you like about the 'Big Man'.

The wrinkles in his face showing experience, enhanced eyes, and white hair seem to turn people off...but it's just a shell anyway.
Batou is a funny guy
Innocence had too much focus on him though. It changed his character.
In Stand Alone Complex, he's quite a funny gup domokun

he acts like a tough guy, but shows that he cares for others. i think its cool how he treats the tachikomas like pets. 3nodding

I find Batou adorable, and my sister ( DevilChickenXD ) is a fan of him.
I think it's cool how he can be all tough when the situation arises.. but at the same time he's a sweet and funny guy with a gentle heart underneath that tough exterior.
And he's a dog lover too, who couldn't resist a big strong guy that adores dogs?! .^_^.
And I love the relationship between him and Motoko, bless him.. the two of them really do make a cute couple.

i love the guy! I watch animes and i can point out a character that i'm going to love...Batou was that character! hes sooo cool and i love how he acts with the tatchicomas...and when Togasa got shot he was sooooooooo mad....showing friend ship. hes soooo cool. blaugh

I like Batou too. He is really fun. It funny how he's always lifting weight or something even though he can get anymore muscles.
