Fortune Island is the sixth island in the Sevii Islands archipelago. It is south of Chrono Island and east of Quest Island.
On Fortune Island there is a small town, Six Island, where many say that the view of the stars is amazing, away from the bright city lights of more populated regions such as Kanto.
Six Island is a small town, much like Five Island, and is on a large island. Six Island is the only city or town in the history of Pokémon to not have a route it borders end at the entrance, instead having the Water Path exist as a route passing by the town.
Water Path
East of the island's port is the Water Path, a small arc of land next to the seaside. On the north side, a cottage sits. Inside, there is a woman who desires the "Ultimate Horn". Much like the fisherman at the Lake of Rage in Johto do to Magikarp, she measures the horns of Heracross, which are common in the nearby Pattern Bush.

A lush and bush-like area.
In it are patterns where no grass
grows. Some study it in the belief
that a secret is concealed.
The westernmost side of the Water Path leads a trainer through Pattern Bush, where many Bug Pokémon call home. Some believe that there are secrets in the patterns made in the grass. After passing through here, trainers arrive at the Green Path, a short trail leading to Outcast Island.
Of note in Outcast Island is Altering Cave, a location whose name may possibly be centuries old. As it has had its name since days long past, many do not know the reason why it was named as it was.
Pattern Bush is found on a small, offshore island to the north of Fortune Island. To reach Pattern Bush, it is necessary to surf a short distance from mainland to the island, using the Water Path.

Green path
Green Path is a short route in the Sevii Islands connecting Water Path with Outcast Island. Pattern Bush is situated on the eastern end of this route.
Green Path is a short walk. Two small islands and Pattern Bush are all that is here, as well as a sign advocating environmental friendliness. The east exit leads to the Water Path and the north exit leads to Outcast Island.

Outcast Island
Outcast Island is a short route in the Sevii Islands named after the island that lies at its northern terminus, the farthest of the small islets from the main Fortune Island.
The route begins as all water, heading north from the very end of the Green Path. Making landfall on the western side of it allows trainers to enter Altering Cave.

Ruin Valley
If travelers head southbound on Water Path instead of northbound when they exit the town, they will soon arrive at Ruin Valley, home to many ruin-loving Pokémon, such as Natu. The terrain of Ruin Valley is mainly comprised of tall grass. There are also some bare patches of earth. At the center of the valley is the Dotted Hole. This area of Fortune Island is fairly mountainous, despite there being no actual mountain there. This is probably best demonstrated by the fact that there are many hikers exploring the Ruin Valley.

A mysterious, just-discovered
ruin from an ancient time.
It got its name from the six dots
on its door.
It is located in Ruin Valley on Fortune Island. At the center of the valley is the Dotted Hole, a mysterious, recently discovered ruin from an ancient time. It is also surrounded by a small pool of water. The discoverers named it such because when they found it, there were six dots on its door.
