Jamie looked around at the other 'rookies' in the ring, and saw that they all seemed some what scared to step up and promo in front of the thousands of fans in the arena.
Scratching his head, he sighed and walked forward to the centre of the ring, bringing his microphone up towards his lips. He was going to savour this moment.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, unlike my other competitors here tonight, I'm not scared to take my chance and tell you a little about myself. I am 'The Captain' Jamie Smith, a former WWE:E Superstar who left the company after one match. Now, I know that sounds a little pathetic, and I agree with you, because it is. When it was noted on Evo.com that I was returning, I checked the message boards, and was pleasantly surprised to see that some people actually still remembered me!"
Jamie took a moment to scan the arena, as the capacity crowd were seemingly staring a hole through him. It was a daunting task, but it was one for the best, he believed.
"Where did I go after I left? Well, I actually went and honed my skills through training. But, most importantly, is that I got my life in order. Being on the road for so long really can get in the way of being social, seeing family, and just generally keeping yourself entertained. I went back home and made some appearances in my local wrestling promotion, which kept me in the right frame of mind to return to you all tonight."
A stage hand called over Jamie and told him that his time on the mic was nearly up.
"Now, I'm not the kind of guy to come out here and claim that I'm going to win this competition, let alone even my match tonight. But there's one thing I will promise to you, and that promise is that by the end of the competition, you will catch a glimpse of what I can actually do, and what I will accomplish in this company.
Thanks for your time."
The crowd gave a humble cheer for Jamie, who acknowledged their support with a captain's salute, before turning to the other rookies and offering the microphone to whoever would step up next.Nuke: 7/10

Major Devastation stepped up and took the mic from Jamie and cleared his throat before he raised the microphone to his lips and began to speak.
"My name is Major Devastation, and I hail from the Alamo City...San Antonio, Texas. I am relatively new here to WWE:E, having made my debut at The Crusade, and I've had a couple of matches on TV as well as having competed at Showdown."
Major paused, and took a deep breath to steel his nerves before continuing.
"Now I'll be one of the first to admit that my record here isn't exactly the greatest...well, it sucks, really. I haven't won a match just yet, but in every bout, I made them fight for that victory. Hell, my first match here was essentially a two-on-one elimination handicap match against the Evolution Tag Team Champions Draze and Harli, and I managed to eliminate Draze before The Outback Attack kicked my head in. I fought to a draw with Crazy Wayne before he got the better of me in the rematch, and the Triple Threat match at Showdown honestly could have gone either way. I haven't let these losses get me down, though. In fact, each time that I come up short just makes me fight that much harder to get the job done, and have my hand raised in victory.
I won't go boasting and guaranteeing victory, but I will say this...every time I step into this ring, it's turning into a war zone. To quote The Human Suplex Machine, Tazz, 'Beat me, if you can...survive, if I let you!' I will fight tooth and nail to win this competition, and intend on one day capturing the WWE:E Undisputed Championship! OORAH!"

Dion accepted the mic from the Major when he was finished.
"Well...I definitely never thought I'd see myself here in this ring with these other fantastic superstars. The name is Dion Necurat. I'm what you may call 'fresh meat,' (pause for dramatic effect) but that has never stopped me before."
He looked to his fellow rookies as he continued.
"Now, we all have a shot at greatness. Some of us are going to get there. Others of us will sink deep into obscurity...I won't be in the obscurity. When I lose, I look at what I did wrong and refocus myself for the next bout. When I win, I look at what I can do to improve my technique. I am my own judge. I am willing to get the job done in the ring, win or lose. I'm here for you, the fans. So long as I entertain you, I did my job right."
He paused for a moment as some of the fans cheered, if only for a slight moment.
"Keeping this in mind, I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. I can be the roster's greatest hero...or its worst nightmare. In regard to this contest, I'm here to do one thing, and one thing only...wrestle."
Dion turns back to the others, extending the mic to whoever will speak next.

Eon accepted the mic from Dion.
" well I always new that I was suppose to be in a ring. I know that I was destined for greatness. and I know that every journey has to start some were."
eon pauses and smiles at the crowd. then he looks over at the other rookies.
"well I see some good people here and I know that were all going to give it are all. I believe that were all able and capable of doing great things. and I know some of you may beat me but I will learn from it and I hope you will learn a lot from me to."
then he looks up at the crowd and smiles.
"but I will tell you this there is nothing I won't do to win and I will do anything to win just wanted to let."
Eon turns back to the others and extends the mic to whoever wants to speak.

Dallas reached out to take the mic from Eon and moved up from the line to look out into the crowd. "Holy crap, look at this crowd. Bigger most of the ones I've competed in front of." She offered them smile before continuing, "Allow me to introduce myself for those of you that haven't heard of me. I'm Dallas Cruz, and I hail from the lovely Corpus Christi area in Texas."She moved around the ring for a bit as she spoke, "By the looks of it, I think it's safe to say that I'm the only rookie here with fallopian tubes and ovaries," chuckled Dallas, taking a glance at the other male rookies. "Anyways, I can honestly say I'm very lucky to have a chance to stand in this ring and earn my right to earn a shot here in this federation. I've dreamt of this moment since I was just a wee lass, una niña," she said, speaking Spanish for the first time in her career. "Now I'm not gonna come out here and make promises that I'll win this competition, because from the looks of it, quite of few of these guys look pretty promising. But what I can promise is that I will do what I can to entertain every single what of you," she pointed her finger throughout the crowd as she said this. "That doesn't mean I'm not going to try to win this thing. Ask anyone that knows me well enough, they know that I'll do anything to win, by any means necessary. Keep a look out for me, because I will be a break out star."Stepping back, Dallas flashed the crowd her trademark smirk along with a "Rock On" hand sign, holding the mic out for anyone who's willing to take their turn. Ace accepted the microphone from Dallas, with a disheartening frown on his face.
"To get here, I've had every bone in my body, along with my spirit, broken. I've had everyone telling me I shouldn't do this, or that wrestling is stupid and it's one of those things that isn't worth getting into."
He looks around and turns his frown into a charismatic grin.
"Well, they were all wrong, weren't they?"
Walking over to the ropes and slinging his right arm around the top, clearing his throat and continuing his speech.
"I seem to have joined around the same time as a few more rookies, who all seem to be pretty dynamic in both appearance and from what they've been saying, they are all a cool group of people. If I haven't introduced myself properly, I'm Andrew "Ace" Chavira. I'm a rather nervous, excitable fellow. I hope that I can make this time last.
He went into a scowl again. But, please, just one request..."
He looked up into the crowd, smiling ear to ear.
"Help me make this the absolute best generation of the WWE!"
He hung the mic out to whoever was next.
