I think Murphy's dad's name is Collin. Jack does seem like a Murphy-ish person though. Any guesses on which big bad will ruin Harry's day first?

Jack said it wasn't a Fallen but something like it, I'm betting it was an agent of He Who Walks Behind. He's an Outsider so that matches the 'breaks the law' sort of thing and we were told Harry has some sort of power over the Outsiders....
Butcher is one of the few others that I can almost never predict correctly though so I'll probably be wrong. My only other guess is that Odin killed him.
