Im asking for advice on this because I never really had to loose the amount of weight I have gained in the last 32 weeks. So far I gained 55 pounds and I know that I will gain even more in the next 8 weeks.
My plan was going to go on a diet and have an exercising plan that I will start 6 weeks after my son is born. I want to get down to 130-135 if I can. That is the right weight for my height and was my goal weight before the pregnancy. *I was only 10-15 pounds off DX and I could of done it* So I need tips and suggestions that could help me successed in this. Plus my husband is planning to do this with me. But he is more into wanting to build muscle mass on his body. And I do have limits. I have uncontrollable asthma so I have to be careful with certain stuff and I'm planning to start yoga after I find out how much it cost to be in it.
So do you have any suggestions/tips/advice that would help me?
