It was her first trip down to the training rooms of the HQ, and Isadora walked quickly through the halls, anxious to get herself settled in a [hopefully] vacant room. Before, she hadn't thought that she really needed to train her Pokemon very much. She was a mere doctor, after all. What use would she serve? ...Well, the answer to that question came to her during the most recent raid, which she was a part of. Having only two untrained and unrefined Pokemon did very little to help Team Rocket's situation, especially against Lance's ridiculous attacks. Thus, Isadora found herself in the training rooms.

After a minute or two of wandering the halls, the psychologist found an empty room all for herself. She casually strolled in, set her things down on the floor against the wall nearby, and sent out one of her Pokemon. "Go, Iditahrod!" The large Arcanine appeared from the capsule in a beam of light, and she stood at attention, awaiting her master's orders.

Isadora was no professional trainer, and she hardly battled at all, so she had no real concrete idea as to how to train her Arcanine. She pondered for a moment, then called out to her Pokemon. "Ahll right, run ten lahps around th' room t' warm up! Go!" As the words were said, Iditarod barked her understanding and set off, dashing around the perimeter of the spacious room. Isadora watched approvingly. This should prove to be fairly simple, would it not...?

While she might have found an empty room, she was certainly not alone on the floor. In fact, there was someone in a room right next to hers. This was evident as a roar was heard through the thick walls of the training room. A slight tremor shaking the floors as well.

Someone was doing some pretty hardcore training with a large Pokemon.

She knew that Arcanines were fast, but she had never seen them in action like this before... She knew so little about her own Pokemon! A mental note was made to invest more time into training her Pokemon and honing their skills, as well as her own. Cooperation and patience were needed.

A large roar and a tremor shook the walls of the training room, startling Isadora out of her train of thought. "What on earth...?" Glancing nervously at the wall adjacent to the room from which the roar had come from, Isadora hardly noticed Iditarod skidding to a halt and standing at her side. Isa pursed her lips and sighed. She might as well not worry about it... More likely than not, it was another one of the Agents training one of their own Pokemon or something. No use dwelling on it.

"...Whatevah. Iditahrod, I did noht tell you t' stop ruhnnin'. Keep going untihl you're done." The Arcanine nodded and set off on a sprint once again, leaving Isadora to wonder what was going on in the room next to theirs.

If she thought she was going to have any peace after that, poor Isadora was sadly mistaken.

There was what sounded like a muffled explosion and the floor shook yet again, this time with a bit more intensity. Followed by yet another roar from whatever beast was in the other room. Then there was the sound of something slamming against the wall, causing yet another tremor.

This one made the ground and the walls shake, and Isadora stumbled and struggled to regain her footing. The roar that followed after made the hairs on the back of the doctor's neck stand on end. She could have sworn that she had heard a roar like that before... Not too long ago, in actuality. She could not place where, though, and curiosity began to eat away at the edges of Isa's mind.

That curiosity was what prompted the psychologist to halt her Arcanine's running and peek out of the training room door to look around the halls. She peered up and down the corridors, but no one was to be seen. Isadora knitted her brow and hesitantly stepped out into the empty halls, unsure if she should investigate the mysterious tremors and noises any further, lest she or Iditarod got hurt.

At that moment, the second tremor came suddenly, and it caused another yell to burst from the flustered Isadora. Her curiosity now on the verge of killing her, she opened the doors of the training room adjacent to hers, making the educated guess that the source of the noises and quakes were coming from in there.

...Arceus only knew what she and Iditarod would find in there.

When she opened the door, what Isadora would see was a blast of dark purple light and then a shiny Luxray flying past her before it hit and skidded across the floor on its side. Snarling, Raion clambered to his feet again, his forelegs sparking furiously as he glared at that... dark beast that Seth had used during the raid.

The Shadow Lugia stood tall at the other end of the room, its eyes glowing a deep red as it stared first at the Luxray... then looked toward their visitor. Along with Seth, who gave the psychologist a disapproving scowl.

"What the hell do you want?" He asked, speaking in a clearly agitated tone.

So far during the exercise, which consisted of the Lugia battling against his own Pokemon, there had been no change from before the raid. The Pokemon was tearing through them with little effort. Raion was huffing and puffing, already low on health and he'd only gotten one hit in.

Then WHY had Lance's Pokemon defeated it so easily? What did Lance have that Seth did not?

Looking ahead, she immediately recognized the giant purple beast in front of her as the Shadow Lugia from the raid she had attended. It truly was an awesome thing, if not completely and utterly terrifying in every way, shape, and form. The small woman shuddered a bit as the beast's red eyes met her periwinkle ones, and she looked away to regard the rather irritated man before her.

Ah yes... him. That Elite with issues. Isadora could spot that scowl from a mile away, yes she could. She still had not forgiven him for yanking her and Grunt Faleen down into the mud in that wretched cave, and she wouldn't anytime soon. There was no reason not to be polite, though. "O-oh. Mistah Seth. Pahrdon me, sir." From the doorway, Isadora gave a little salute, instantly aware of how silly she must look giving a salute in a dress and white lab-coat.

"Uh, Ih'm sorreh for intehrrupting you, sir. Buht, um, would you mihnd, juhst... keepin' it down a bit? I cahn't concentrate on traihnin' worth beans with ahll this ruhckus. That is, if you couhld, sir." Isadora frowned a bit, doubtful that the cranky Elite would take up her request, particularly with that behemoth around, but... it never hurt to ask, did it?

Yes. He was the elite with issues. It was apparently obvious, or at least to a psychiatrist. Seth didn't even understand why they had such a person on staff to begin with. It just seemed stupid to him. Thus his scowl intensified as she made her request.

"I do mind." He snapped back, clearly aggitated. Although perhaps he had good reason to be considering his arm was currently in a sling. Either way, he was not in the best of moods.

"If you don't like it, then leave." His words spoken coldly with a hostile edge.

Surprised at the Elite's savage tone [even though she really shouldn't have been - it was expected, after all], Isadora's eyebrows raised and her guard slightly lowered. She quickly brought it back up again as she pursed her lips and held her arms defensively.

"...Fihne. I apohlogize. Juhst... could you pleahse find a way t' keep th' vohlume down t' as minimahl a dehcibel rate as possible? Th' fact that your... Pokehmon... keeps beatin' agaihnst our cohmmon wall doesn't exahctly help much." Isadora gestured her hand towards said wall which connected the two training rooms... it certainly seemed to have taken an abusive beating.

Seth's glare remained leveled on the teal haired woman, clearly unimpressed that she was still there, taking up oxygen.

"You have no authority to be making requests of me, you hack," he spat venomously. Seth had no patience or tolerance for shrinks or much of anyone else either. She annoyed him with the first words that came out of her mouth, for even just stepping into his space.

"Now get out."

The Shadow Lugia's eyes glowed with the same intensity as the glare its master held. A rumbling snarl bubbling up from its throat.

She stood her ground as she was yelled at and insulted, all the while wondering if this man would pop a blood vessel or something. She could have sworn that she saw some veins pulsating as he spoke to her so disrespectfully. Even so... he was her superior, as much as she hated to admit it.

"Vereh wehll... I shall tahke my leahve. Pahrdon me, sir." Isadora nodded compliantly and spun on her heel, curtly exiting the room and attempting to avoid the Shadow Lugia's eyes. The hairs on the back of her neck still stood on end as she left, as if the behemoth was staring right through her.

The doctor closed the door behind her, not faltering when it slammed against the frame. She briskly walked with an agenda back to her own training room with Iditarod in tow, a sour look on her face. As she closed the door to her respective training room, she made a face. "Ehxcuuuuuussssee me, princehss," she muttered under her breath.

Seth simply snorted as soon as she left, but not without a wince as his ribs complained. If anything, being rude and terrible got people to leave him alone faster.

However, Isadora wouldn't have any peace in the next room. If anything, all the banging around inside the room that held Seth and his Pokemon, was even louder than before. Naturally this was of course out of spite in the face of the doctor's request.

The roars and the impacts against the wall, as well as the shaking, only increased in intensity.

Honestly... he was of higher rank than her, but that didn't mean that he could treat her like dirt! It wasn't like ranks mattered that much to Isa, anyway.

Isadora jumped as the roars rang out from the other side of the wall, and she glared at the poor, beaten wall as if that would help the situation at all. This was ridiculous...

Then, like a bolt from the blue, an idea came to Isadora, and she grinned maliciously. All right then... If Seth wanted a noise fight, then let the games begin!

"Iditahrod, use Extrehmespeed, and make a spectahcle out of it. Be sure to roar a loht, as wehll."

The Arcanine growled and began sprinting by the already abused wall, being sure to make loud impacts against it and adding a few more ear-splitting roars for good measure. Isadora watched all of this contentedly from a safe distance. Usually, she was not one to attempt to take revenge on people, but... here was a prime example of the exception to prove the rule.

Naturally, Seth noticed the banging around in the other room. It didn't really bother him and he didn't really care either, for a while anyway. However, several minutes later, the noise only increased in his training room.

Eventually...there was a deep resonating wail from a really huge Pokemon.

"EARTHQUAKE!"

With a heavy impact, the entire floor rattled heavily as a gargantuan Wailord caused a seismic tremor that could be heard and felt two floors above and below them.

Immediately as she heard the frightened cry of her charge, Iditarod halted her dashing and was at Isadora's side, sniffing her carefully to be sure that she was not injured. An icy fire seemed to burn in the Arcanine's eyes as she glared heated daggers at the wall which hid the one who endangered her human's life behind it. She stood at attention, fur-bristling, waiting for the command to take this sucker down.

Isadora slowly got herself off of the floor, and her expression was strikingly similar to that of her Pokemon. What nerve this guy had! What gall! "Okahy, Iditahrod... leht's kick this up a nohtch, shahll we? Fihre Blahst." As soon as the words were spoken, the Arcanine let loose a powerful, screeching Fire Blast attack at the wall.
