Well, as an eighteen year old that grew up watching Ash try to catch them all, I still love my Pok'emans quite a bit. The show is s**t now, but I still enjoy watching the old episodes with Misty, playing the games, and drawing the little guys. But when I draw Pok'emon, I like to draw them in my own style, not the choppy anime style that we all know is full of so many anatomy flaws and what not. Heck, some of the Pok'emon don't even bend their legs when they walk! e A e;
Well, anywho, I'd like to see if anyone else here likes to take Pok'emon and draw them in their own style-- well, not even just Pok'emon, really. Feel free to post any of your versions of creatures that you see in cartoons-- Digimon, whatever. If you changed the creature a bit when you drew it, whether you just fixed the nose, gave it good anatomy, or gave it better ears, please share! C:

Haha, pokemon anatomy might not make sense, but when i draw i like to stay as true to the nonsensical anatomy as much as possible. I'm actually trying to break out of a weird habit of making my charmander furry, since they aren't.

Oh I adored Pokemon growing up so much as well! I admit sometimes I still play one of the games every now and then. But I never watched or played/play any games past the second generation.I think I want to try out drawing some pokemon, I'll use them as warm ups. Maybe if I stick with it I can get through the first 150! But that's a big task. sweatdrop Anyways, here's number 1! Little Bulbasaur.[Hopefully this is help with my inability to draw creature type things too ha.]
