No, I think she means that the same methods they use to put liquid in a can (via nozzles or some sort I'd guess) is the same way they put farts in a can. As to how they get the farts in the first place, I don't know and I don't really want to know.

they hold a can up, release, and can it quickly. Something air tight works wonders.

Well, a cow's gastronomical system has stuff like a little methane that would make sense as to why they can make canned farts...but I'm not sure if it's really methane. D:
