[color=#3090C7][b]Comments:[/b][/color] My daily goalsStarting small (:Exercise; - Yoga daily (except Thursdays) - Thursdays - Self Defense Class Food; - 3 full, balanced, healthy meals that look like this; Meat serving - Size of my palm Carb (bread, potato, pasta, etc) - Same as meat Fruit/Veggies - Twice as much as meat - 1 small healthy snack in between lunch and dinner All of this will be dished onto a plate and will basically be 1 part meat, 1 part carbs, and 2 parts plant. I know fruits and veggies aren't always equally healthy, but I don't like vegetables lol. So I'm starting with what I know I'll be able to eat without being miserable (because that's setting up for failure). It seems like the proportions will be difficult because I'm used to the meat being the main part of the meal, and therefore the most.

Comments: Today was super busy, I had Math, a job interview, and self defense back to back to back. I woke up at 10:30 and got ready, and then started class at 12:30. I forgot to eat until like 6:30 and I have a terrible headache x.x Overall, it wasn't very successful at all.

Lunch: Raviolis (1 can)
Snack: 4 chocolate rice crispy treats emo
Dinner: Chicken nuggets with cheddar inside (x7), corn, loaded mashed potatoes
Water: 4 cups
Excersize: Ran a teeny bit with the stroller.

Comments: Went to the food bank (: lol. We mostly got bread. Yay for bagels? We also got these chocolate rice crispy treat things. That was my mess up for the day.

Lunch: Chef Boyardee Raviolis (with 1 cup of veggies built in)
Snack: Sun chips, 1 can "Dr. Thunder"
Dinner: KFC famous chicken bowl (popcorn chicken, corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, cheese), 1 Tacobell soft taco (questionable meat, lettuce, tortilla, cheese), raspberry iced tea

Excersize: Power walking before class

Comments: I went to a new food bank today (: My day felt like a fail on the healthy food part. But nowhere near as bad as the weekend did. I especially didn't drink water because of how short my school day was (I only had a test), and then how busy my after school day was. The basement got flooded ( ~ 8 inches) so we ended up eating out because of the fact that all of our dinner food is down there and we were already out getting a water sucker upper. I couldn't decide between Tacos and chicken, but I should have just picked chicken (the taco meat was a bit scary). I'll remember next time I end up at Kentacohut (:

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice whole wheat toast, 1 super thin slice of lemon merangue pie (yum! lol)
Lunch: Chef boyardee raviolis (with veggies inside)
Snack: 1 slice lemon pie, 1/2 can Dr. Thunder
Dinner: Spaghetti, little bit of sauce, 1/2 garlic bread stick (with real garlic built in, I think).

Hmmm... Have you tried to set a bed time for yourself? That way you wont sleep the day away?
And maybe you should switch to whole grain foods like whole grain noodles, ravioli, bread.
Fiber can help you out a lot. =)

And maybe you should switch to whole grain foods like whole grain noodles, ravioli, bread. Fiber can help you out a lot. =) I'll try the bed time lol. That day it was more like I was up until 3 AM doing my homework and stressing. But I do stay up pretty late. As for whole grain, that's what my bread always is (: I never considered noodles though lol. I'll see if I can get some (we rely on food banks though so it's a little hard). Thank you ^^

Comments: My boyfriend is mad at me ): But my prom dress is on its way. And the fact that my weight is doing nothing means I need to step it up. I'm going to go to bed early today, then I'm ganna get up in the morningish and walk somewhere. I have to go places (and live in the middle of nowhere, so if I tried to walk, they would be closed by the time I arrived). Oh, and I got my birth control shot today.
