Over the past few weeks everyone had gotten used to the fact that when they closed their eyes at night, they would be pulled down into Elysion. Maybe sometimes it would be a peaceful night with nothing more than exploration of the dream realm and its many wonders. Some nights were bloody battlefields and then some were just...weird. The Archipelago itself was the strangest thing that any of them had ever encountered and had a lure to a specific type of senshi. Tonight was yet another mystery to be solved, another thread unraveling the great mystery of Elysion; tonight they were inside the Temple itself. It seemed as if they had beat the Negaverse to this place, a great hall constructed in the round and made entirely of gold-veined marble. The walls were polished to a sheen and there were glistening pillars of blue from floor to ceiling -- perfectly spaced. There were two archways in the north and south of the room that all of the senshi had found themselves in, but both of them were...walled up? There was no seeing which way was the right way to go and the floor beneath them was a beautiful rendering of the Earth edged with gold and written in a language so ancient there was no one alive who could translate it. Everything about this room spoke great care, great privilege, and great responsibility. How appropriate. This thread is only for senshi and allies.
New developments will occasionally be posted by RP staff in the shout style.

Lyra.. was really in no condition to be here. It was somehow miraculous she did not have a concussion. The slamming of the leg against her head... and being strangled twice in only a few days time.
Not to mention cut... scraped...bruiused... bitten.
Was a little peaceful sleep too much to ask?
Feeling just as wary and weak as she felt in the real world, she looked around at the senshi congregated here. She was standing with her fellow members in the blood moon court, their was safety in numbers and damn if she was not in her peak condition at the moment. She would live.. and COULD fight if push came to shove. but these sleepless nights were adding up for the senshi. "Its really quiet here..." She instantly had 'ambush' run through her head. Where were the negaversers.

Super Sailor Chaonis was not in a good mood. But then, it never seemed like he was, anyway. But this one was more to do with his father coming back from dream places like this broken and battered, rather than him being angry about the usual things. He still hadn't found Moonstone, and though there were senshi around here it didn't look like there were negaversers.
Damn it.
He looked around at the gold accented marble, imagining how opulent these places seemed to be. It reminded him of Rosalind's ridiculous room of busts had been, though, really, the castle itself had been incredible, and sometimes he still day dreamed about that trip into space. Not that he would tell her that. He looked around the area now, though, trying to keep his head in the game.
He moved to one of the walls, since that seemed to be the only thing to do anyway, knocking his knuckles against it as if to test its strength. One good earthquake and he could have this place down. Of course, then everyone inside would probably be crushed to death.
Not the way to make friends, surely.

It was too quiet.
This was Themis' first thought, the other being that he wondered what he was doing here. Hadn't he done enough ? But yet, it seemed inevitable with how they were pulled into the dream realm night after night.
The conflict had started, and now it needed to end.
So this time, he had given in, slept during the night rather than naps during the day, and this was where he had ended up.
And he wasn't alone.

Ganymede was, as always, quite disappointed at being there, though he had to admit the change of scenery was a bit of a relief. A temple so quiet it was creepy was better than an active volcano or an ice cold world of rainbows and unicorns -- however disturbing the silence of the place might actually be. He didn't particularly like waiting around for something to jump out at him, but he didn't exactly relish wandering around and bumping in to whatever trouble might be brewing.
Not that he knew for sure that that was going to be the case, but he had a sickening feeling in the pit of his stomach, as he always did when he ended up in this place, the feeling that he was once again going to be a part of something he felt he had no business in.
He didn't say anything to anyone, didn't do anything to attract attention to himself. By this point he was well used to standing off to the side and observing, letting the others do their thing and talk amongst themselves. He'd been doing it for nearly a month. It was nothing new. He stood with his arms crossed protectively over his chest, glancing down at the floor to avoid eye contact, pretending to be examining the image of the Earth.

Arsinoe had been out of all the fighting since the first clash in Elysion. The fight with the Negaverse captain had rendered him unable to walk and even on those sleepless nights when he'd found himself back in the strange dream world he kept himself away, hidden, so he didn't injure himself worse. He couldn't do what they were suppose to do if he was dead.
Now though he found himself once again not asleep but in the strange world so many were fighting over. His leg was better, not healed but he could once again walk, and found himself now not on the grassy fields he'd seen before but in a temple. Others were wandering about or standing off by themselves though none he really recognized.
Reaching up he tapped one of the strange pillars beside him. "This place really is so much like a dream...." He muttered to himself. Nothing in life was really this prefect right?

Super Sailor Themis wasn't alone, that was right. There was a tiny little guardian on his shoulders and it wasn't a cat. It was a small senshi and she had her hands and her bunny plushie plopped on his head as she peered from the temple and then down to the male senshi below her. Someone had to keep him out of trouble, which was such a full time job that the chibi senshi had found herself up on his shoulders so she could watch guard him carefully and constantly, and Sailor Chibi Hypnos had voted herself to be the one to do it. She couldn't have him hurting himself like he had before! Although if he did, she'd just have to bandage him up again!
She wiggled a little, and then asked the male senshi a question, "Are you sure you're all right? Thanatos says he's worried." Yes. Thanatos.

"Im fine, don't worry about it." Really, the stitches were just itching. If by some miracle he didn't get steamrolled all over again, it wouldn't be too long before they came out.
Unknowingly to each other, each senshi, tall or small, had the same goal in mind - watch over the other. This wasn't a place for a child, but what could he do to send her home ?
No, the best thing he could do was to watch over her. He squared his shoulders a bit, trying to distribute her weight a little more evenly on his shoulder - not so much because she was heavy, but for added stability.

Even as the senshi stood on that exquisitely patterned Earth, it shifted. The ground didn’t move in even the slightest but as eyes drifted downwards and breath backed up in the throats of those ‘unfortunate’ enough to be standing on the planet itself it decidedly changed. Everything became black before an elegant, very feminine voice could be heard.
“Welcome, Star Protectors. You have come to this place to drive out an evil, this much you understand. But it is not enough.” The view now showed the planet from space as they had all seen before coming to this place that was more trouble than it was seemingly worth. Many of them were battered, bruised, a few broken and all of them exhausted from living their double lives whether they liked it or not.
At least they were...somewhat...alone here.

Bellatrix hadn't meant to come here, but how long could one avoid sleep? She arrived in time to hear that voice, and feel the shifting of the earth beneath her feet, and to see the view of the Earth from space.
Drive out an evil? The only evil Bellatrix knew anymore was the evil that threatened the people she cared for. Speaking of...she took the time to assess who all was here. Anyone she knew? Was there a reason for her presence here? Well, it wasn't like she knew how to get back even if she did have no business here. That question was soon answered. Very well then. Game face on. Serious business mode activate.

Sailor Denebola hadn't been present for the last battle for the last, as far as they knew, zone of Elysion that they had successfully managed to save. While she had been there for the battle in the lava field. It had left her battered and bruised which left her avoiding Elysion in an attempt to allow her body to recover by sleeping during the day time.
Of course the act had consequences and she was thankful that her absence hadn't hindered the senshi.
But here she was, in Elysion again, still weary but she looked like she was in better shape than half of her companions. She rubbed the back of her neck as she looked around her hoping to find a more familiar face, at first she spotted Chaonis and made to approach him before stopping. He looked angry, perhaps it wasn't best to approach him now.
She sighed when the ground shifted to an ugly black and a voice spoke to them. She blinked in surprise stumbling backward before shaking her head. Nothing to be afraid of. Nothing to fear...

Chaonis looked around, though it seemed the voice was disembodied. He grunted, listening to the words, not sure he was exactly on the same page. Came here to drive out evil, huh. He supposed that was true enough, though he was fairly sure his powers mostly caused more trouble than they stopped.
But hey, as long as he was having fun, what did that matter?
The changing world thing was cool.
His gaze shifted when he spotted someone nearby stumbling. He grinned, waving with a snide expression toward Denebola, and not relenting until she saw him.
It was difficult for Chaonis to take anything seriously.

He looked up when he heard the voice and shivered slightly. Normally he wouldn't think twice about something that strange happening but the last few times someone strange had spoken to him bad things had happened. There wasn't anything good about 'voices from above' anymore.
He watched the floor shift before looking out over the room again. Blinking he smiled slightly as he saw Denebola. Pushing away from the pillar he made his way over to her, ignoring the other senshi she was near. "At least there's one familiar face in here."

Sailor Ares had been staring longingly at the perfect archway when the voice echoed in the chamber. She turned slowly, searching the room for the speaker. She saw only the same senshi that had been there before. "Who is that?" she said aloud to no one in particular. "Does anyone recognize that voice?" It didn't sound like Pegasus, from what she had heard. The Nega who she had killed with Florida had spoken of a woman addressing the Negaverse right before they entered Elysion for the first time. Could it be that person?
Ares had no idea. She had no idea -- and she hated it.
Crisp grey eyes studied the image that was called before them, the reflection of Earth from the stars above. Where some might see home, Ares saw conquest. This was a prize to be won, and it would be hers.

A voice came out, and Themis took a step back in surprise - oh god... Well, he figured the Negaverse would have made a more noisy entrance.
"I don't know." He answered Ares. Had he heard this voice before... ? He had no idea.
One look around the room revealed Bellatrix, and he instinctively went toward her.
Everyone had their reason to fight. Themis has his own.
