Tesai walked in and sat at his desk. He pulled the paperwork towards him and with a deep sigh went to work.

Tesai slumped over his desk as he signed the last page of paperwork and placed it in the complete file. "Well guess I better go check in at the base" He said aloud to himself. He then pulled out a scroll and scribbled a note "Gone to discuss strategy for capturing rogue ninja with the Kazekage. Shall return shortly. -Tesai" He placed the scroll in the center of his desk. That way if someone was looking for him they could wait for him there. He then walked to his window and headed to the base.

Tesai walked to his desk and sat with his feet resting on the edge of his desk. He was worn out. He had been going non-stop for a few days and was approaching his limit. He would need rest but he had to wait for Sasido to signal him so he could release him and Kaze. "Guess I'll tackle some paperwork" He said aloud opening some of the scrolls on his desk that needed his approval.

a clone of Kyo appeared and pinched a nerve that knocked out Tesai then said"get some rest you need it you idiot"it laughed then disappeared

Tesai slumped over and dozed off scroll still in hand. He knew he'd wake up when the time to set them free was at hand.

Tesai was signaled to release the jutsu. As he did he saw Kaze whisking away." So I hope you have an explanation for what just happened." Tesai said as he was Sasido appear in front of him as he deactivated his shakugan.

"I have work to do." Sasido said appearing back in Tesai's office. "All will be explained later but I must return to my village before the others start to worry." Sasido said walking over to the window smiling back at his old friend as he leaped out and headed back to the Hidden Sand village.
Tesai began to wonder if his friend was thinking clearly but he had to trust him because that was the foundation of the real ninja alliance.

Tesai sat down at his desk and looked at the clone in front of him. "Yes I am. And who might you be?" Tesai asked pointing to the seat across from his gesturing for the clone to have a seat.

"Missing nin?" Tesai said with a smirk on his face as he pulled out the clones old village file and threw it in front of the clone. "The self proclaimed Steel Aktuski that was supposedly abandoned by his comrades. I know all about you. I like to stay up to date in my information being the Raikage and all. So may I ask why is it you came?" Tesai said crossing his hands and resting them in front of his mouth looking over them with an intense glare.

Tesai started to tell him something but chose not to instead "Yes I do know a lightning style. It was a requirment for becoming Raikage." Tesai then sat back at his desk. "Why don't you just test me out since I am well aware that is your plan anyway." As Tesai finished his sentence his Shakugan had activated. "Whenever you're ready." He said with a glare to the rogue ninja.

"I know some else with similar eyes and he had that same expression when he used them."he said as he stood up"we'll have the fight you've been wanting for, but i still got things that i have to handle"the clone said as turn his to steel and stab him self witch reverted the clone back into lighting then disappear.
