Maria was able to maintain her friendship with Baroness if only because she hadn't mentioned to the Wyvern that she had found her eggs and brought them to D-Corp. It was obvious that she didn't want them since Baroness left them in the middle of no where, and Maria had no reason to share the information that some of them were found... though she had no idea what was going on with them, if they had survived... she really hoped so. She looked down at the one she was holding onto, riding on the back of the Wyvern along with her cobra brother, Teri... or at least that was what she called him, nobody else got away with it but her, likely because she was his cute little sister.

"Almost there?" She asked of them both, curiously. Ter had agreed, after much pleading on her part and an all out order from their Father, to bring her to get some more art supplies. She was out of her crayons and her favorite paper, and various other things that she was wanting. She wasn't the best artist in the word but she had fun with drawing pictures of the dragons that she met as well as writing down what information she learned about them. They were her most favorite things ever!

The snake gave a little grunting sound, "Almost." He said, looking at the pangolin girl for a long moment, taking in the happy look on her face, then sighed. Bah, where was Ligeia when they needed him? Off at some magic class or another, that or he was off flirting with that idiot newt again... As though he ever wanted to see him or his dragon again he thought to himself crossly before they were suddenly starting downward as the Wyvern spotted where they were going and went into a dive.

A squealing sound of surprise escaped from Maria and she tightened her hold on Baroness's spines with her hand and tail as they dove down to keep from flying off her back. So fun! Nothing was more exciting then the dive down she thought to herself, squeeing the entire way down until they landed, "Awesome! Your the best Baroness!" She chirped, patting her on back before climbing easily down off of her.

The dragon gave a grunt, "Of course." As though she could be anything but awesome and the best she thought to herself before she waited for Ter to get down. The moment he was off her back she gave a flap of her wings and landed on the roof of the store, "I'm waiting here." She said, not wanting to go inside, to many people she didn't want to deal with.

Ter and Maria both starred up at the large dragoness as she took her place on the roof of the art supply store before they headed inside. They knew that it was impossible to talk sense to her so there was no point in trying, it was easier to just head inside to do their shopping and when they were done she would come down. Once inside Maria trotted over to scoop up a shopping basket with her tail, "Come on, Teri! Time to shop!" She said in an excited manner before hurrying along with him slithering along slowly, keeping her in his sights at all times so she didn't get lost or stolen.

Maria, to caught up in what she was looking at, which was everything at once if you watched the manner in which she was looking around, gave a squeak sound as she bumped into the other girl, taking a couple steps back, then looked quite embarrassed, "Oh! I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention!" She said in a rush, then looked at the one standing in front of her and her eyes went wide, "Oh!" Wow! This girl was sooo neat looking! What was she? Where was she from, "Your so pretty!" She chirped out, taking a step closer to look at the girl in front of her, eyes quite wide, glittering in delight.

As she closed in on the other girl, interest and excitement all but radiating off Ter reached out to catch hold of the back of her shirt and pulled her back, "Seriously, Maria, its called personal space." He scolded her, as though though knew what it was when it came to people that he liked or those that pissed him off, but it was his job to keep her out of trouble. The girl standing there with all the sharp teeth just looked like trouble... something that was, to Ter, rather interesting, since he loved violent and dangerous chicks.

Maria gave a pout, "Ahhh! Teri! I was just telling her how pretty she was!" She said, giving her brother her best puppy dog eyes until the cobra finally sighed and released her, something that caused her to cheer in delight as she gained her freedom before she turned around to face the other girl again, smiling away once more.

Maria gave a pleased sound in her throat, looking over her shoulder at her brother and then clapped her hands together, "See, Teri? She doesn't mind!" She said before looking back to the girl again, "You have a snakey brother too? That's so cool! I've never met anyone with a snakey brother before!" She said, never happier then this moment, or at least one would think so with as excited as she was, before she clapped her hands together... then something seemed to dawn on the pangolin girl, something important.

"OH! Oh my, I totally forgot!" She said, giving a surprised sound as she recalled herself before pointing one hand at herself, "My name is Maria Solon! This here is my older brother Terpsichore Solon, he prefers Ter, and I called Teri." She introduced the two of them in a happy manner, always one for being polite when she could, something that her cobra brother was totally lacking in... not that she would tell her new friend that. And yes, she already considered this girl a friend even though she had just run into her, or just gotten run into by her, either way was fine by her! She then clapped her hands together, "What's your name?" She bet that it was something really pretty just like the girl was, "And what are you? I'm a pangolin! And Teri is a cobra!"

Ter started to laugh out loud as Maria asked such strange questions of the other girl. What was she? What sort of weird as Hell greeting was that? He was glad though that she wasn't beating around the bush about things like Geia probably would. Maria was far more brave, more course, she got that from hanging out with him Ter decided, he was the far better influence!

Ter looked up from his laughing, seeming to think about it for a moment, then gave a bit of a smile, "Wait... a blue sea snake, huh? Is your brother Drez?" He asked of the seal girl, finding it amusing if he were right in his assumptions. So the other snake had gotten himself a little sister as well, huh? That was something he could totally sympathize with... not that he really minded Maria after the initial shock over getting a new sibling all of a sudden.

Maria looked over at her brother in a curious manner, "Oh? You know her brother? Cool!" She said, clapping her hands before she turned to look at Jenai, "The two of us and our brothers should hang out sometime." She said happily, though right now they were already hanging out and already here for reason, huh? She forced herself to attempt to focus for a moment as she looked around the area they were in.

"Do you want to hang out with us while we shop, Jenai?"

Maria seemed to be quite excited that her new friend wanted to come around with her, looking for art things. She looked around for a moment, not exactly knowing well where she was compared to where she wanted to be when it came to this store, "I am looking for new paper and colored paper at the moment." She said, before she started forward, "Lets try this direction!" She didn't know which way she was going but she was up for investigating the place and finding this as they went.

Ter watched as the girl started off in what looked like a rather arbitrary direction before he gave a shrug of his scaly shoulders and followed along after them. Strange pair but at least they would entertain one another and all he would have to do is follow them, he couldn't say that he cared to terribly much about having an extended conversation with a pair of little kids. Now if the seal girl were his age he might be more interested in her...

Maria looked around as they walked, taking in everything around them. They had everything from drawing supplies to fake flowers to really shiny frames for pictures, and all sorts of other things. One could tell that she was thinking about what would be nice in her room but continued on when she didn't find anything that she thought would be perfect for it, "What other things do I like? Oh! Dragons of course!" She reached up to pat the necklace that hung around her neck, "These are all dragon scales, pretty, huh? Daddy helped me get two of them, the black and the silver ones, Teri's dragon gave me the brown one, Li's dragon gave me the blue, and a Dragon Prince called Hinder gave me the green!" She sounded so terribly excited over the necklace that she wore and it was one of her treasures. The other being her flight goggles, which were resting up on her head and she was using them to keep her bangs out of her eyes.

"I can wait to get my dragon one day! I hope that its as pretty as all the other dragons I've met." She was so eager to go and meet with her egg, to learn what sort of dragon she would get, and if she were really lucky get to touch it! Li told him all about how he'd gotten to see Vorel back when he was an egg and the idea of it was so terribly exciting to her young mind. She seemed to fall into thought once more before saying, "I always like watching Gwee movies! The last one he teamed up with a Kiki to rescue a Princess! So cool! So what about you, Jenai? What do you do for fun?"

Behind the girls Ter gave a groaning sound. He'd leave and try to find something interesting to do himself if not for the fact that he was supposed to be watching Maria. Bah, why wasn't Ligeia doing this? That damn owl, he was a better mother then Ter would ever be and he knew how to deal better with little kids when they were in groups, Ter just wanted to flee... such a shame that he couldn't do just that. He needed to remember to bring along his cell phone, at least then he would be able to call or text Z, that would at least be interesting to do. He might even be able to call her to keep him company. He'd kill for her company about now.

Maria turned to look over at the girl with a touch of surprise in her eyes. She'd only met one dragon so far? Oh, that was terrible! To Maria dragons were the best things in the world and everyone should get the meet all of them! Or at least that was what she believed, "Maybe Teri will let you meet Baroness? She is HUGE and covered in scales and spikes and has a barbed tail!" She rather liked how Baroness looked because that made it interesting to attempt to draw her. With a lot of distinct features made it easier to draw something and make it actually look like the one you are drawing or so she thought.

"I hope that your dragon ends up all that you want him or her to be." She said, curious what sort of dragon her new friend might end up with and if she would be able to meet it. That would be fun! "Maybe one day our dragons can play together." She suggested, that might be fun! She did want for her dragon to be more social like Vorel instead of growling and snapping at people like Baroness... well that was unless someone brought her an offering first, it seemed to be the best way to win her over. That thought made her turn to her friend again, "If you do meet Baroness we will need to get some sort of treat for you to give her, otherwise she isn't to friendly to new comers. She rather likes offerings..." She really wanted her dragon to be nice to people without being bought off first Maria thought to herself with a bit of a sigh.

"Ah-ha! Here we are!" She chirped when they got to the right aisle and she headed into it, looking at all the various colors of paper that they had for sale. Ever since her daddy had done a class where he taught some kids patience and the understanding of doing things step by step with origami she'd wanted to try it! It would be fun to try! She got a few packages of various colors and designs of the fancy paper, then some normal drawing paper, and put it in the basket that Teri was so kindly carrying for her. From here she would need more colored pencils as well but she could wait on that until Jenai was done looking around this aisle, "See anything interesting?"
