Light colored eyes stared up at the clear blue sky, focused on a certain cloud. 'Looks like... a bunny?' It was a beautiful sunny day, with hardly any clouds in sight. Alistair gazed lazily at the few floating tuff of white that drifted slowly across the blue. A content smile lifted the corners of his lips. Long locks of black flowed over his shoulders, dancing across his coat with the wind of a soft brease. His cloak hung low on his shoulders, the heat from the sun making it unnecassary to wear. It would have been discarded earlier if the nights around these parts were as warm as the days. He kept his wings close to his sides. 'This is... dull' Alistair thought, turning his attention else where. Cloud watching could only entertain him for so long. He wished for company, preferably of one of his friends. But alas, they were busy with their own lives, and his family was too scattered to find easily. He'd have to find something to entertain himself with, alone. Glancing around, Alistair was surprised to find that he wasn't quite as alone as he had thought. 'Who...?' He blinked, his attention caught by the mare he had spotted not far off. He couldn't tell if she had noticed him yet. He paused before cautiously taking a step towards her.

Where was she now? This place did not look familiar to her.
The sun which was shining brightly caused her gems to glisten brightly. It looked as if she was a diamond shining from a distance. Her gray eyes glanced around and she let out a small yawn. It was rather boring being alone and she wanted some entertainment.
The mare started to trot through the grassy fields, her rob dragging down on the ground. Though she stopped when a stallion approached her, he had wings like her only bigger. Raising her stare she noticed a crown upon his head. Perhaps he was royal just like her?
“Good Evening, Good Sir!” she gives him a small bow with her head.

His smile grew as he approached the mare. She was glistening in the sunlight, the many jewels that decorated her body glittering. It was a surprise that he hadn't noticed her before, as she was quite the eye catcher. She was decked out in fine silks and lace, with a robe-like cape somewhat similar to his own. The mask she wore hid part of her face, and sparked a bit of curiosity in him. He noticed that she had wings, much smaller and more delicate looking than his own.
'She looks like a princess,' Alistair observed, looking past her many accessories into her eyes. They were a light gray, with a purple tint to them. He found himself in front of her, and greeted her with a small bow. 'Just in case,' he told himself. It would be rude not to, if she was one of status. If anything, it was still polite. Before he had a change to say hello, she spoke, her voice just as soft as he would have expected.
Her formalities in speaking were a pleasant surprise, one that would have taken Alistair off guard if it had come from a different Soquili. Bowing his head in return, Alistair offered her a smile. "Thank you," He lifted his head back up to look her in the eyes, "My name is Alistair, my lady. You're free to use it as you may," He spoke, hoping to learn what the mare's name was in return.

Well he did spoke with manner unlike the past soquili she has met. Now that he had offered her, his name she felt inclined to do the same. His bow showed her respect and she felt praise run among her veins. “You may call me Rajni.”
Her voice was soft but it had an undertone she was just putting up an act for him. Her eyes gazed up to meet his eyes as if she was allowing him to company her. Her little wings stretched just a bit and she gave him a friendly smile. “Are you of royal blood?” she asked with curiosity.
Depending on the answer her personality might change in a flash. Though his garments and crown made her think his answer would be pleasing to her ears. The young angeni mare kept gazing at him and couldn’t help but find him beautiful. Dare she even think more beautiful then she?

'Rajni?' Her name sounded foreign, yet still lovely. Something behind her sweet tone sounded, fake. Alistair tried not to pay much mind to it. At least she was attempting to come across as polite to him. Though, if she was of royal blood, it would make sense. She had to be formal and proper. Yet, maybe he could get her out of her shell?
"So I hear," Alistair answered, telling the truth. He hadn't ever met his father before, being the result of a brief fling. His mother had still chose to tell her son's about their father, yet not matter how far he traveled, he never came upon a male that had fit her description. "My father, Winston, is the King of Hearts. He also holds the title of the Angeni of Hearts. Perhaps you've heard of him?" Alistair asked, a spark of hope lit in his chest. "My mother told me about him when I was young. I haven't ever met him." A sorrowful look passed through his eyes, but he soon dismissed the emotion. It was none of this mare's concern, and he wouldn't want to worry her.

Her pride began to beam high up as she spoke of his possible royal blood ties. It had been awhile since she had talked to another that was royal. Though such talk of not knowing his father was quite a concern, chances were his mother was not royal. However this time she knew to hold her tongue for talking ill about anyone’s mother is crude.
“King of hearts?” she thought on the name. Rajni shook her head no and wondered what this king of hearts might be like. She noticed his sadden expression and thought well words in her head but none were able to escape her. Instead she could only speak about herself “My title is Queen of Diamonds. How interesting that your father is the King of Hearts.”

Her answer of know nothing of his father didn't surprise him. For being a Seductive King, Winston had managed to keep a low profile for years.
"So you say," He chuckled at the coincidence of this mare being the Queen of Diamonds. Her lovely wardrobe would express that fact alone, yet even passed all of her diamonds, something hard and beautiful sparkled in her eye. He couldn't help but to agree that she fit her role well. Alistair had never before had the chance to meet real royalty. Sure, there were a few Soquili with capes and crowns wandering around, but none with the bloodlines to back it up. "Then it is truly an honor to meet you," Alistair paused for a second, realizing that he had yet to learn her name "Your grace." he finished smoothly, catching himself. "It is rather curious. A coincidence some might say- two beings such as ourselves meeting out in the middle of no where." He offered her one of his more dashing smiles. A childlike fantasy that he held would have considered it fate. "I'm forgetting my manners, with all of these titles being thrown around. My name is Alistair," He offered her his name, hoping that she would return the favor.

He spoke with elegance; chills ran down her spine. Her grayish-purple eyes flashed full with delight. The young stallion then gave her a name. So she felt she should only do so for him as well. Though such a meeting must mean something, she felt fate was playing at hand in her life.
“Well Sir Alistair, I am Rajni.” she spoke with pride.
The queen of diamonds could only return the smile with just as much grace. Rajni looked up at sky briefly and noticed the clouds forming. She looked back at him “What brings you here?” she asked him.
