It had been a long night, it had been an incredible night... but an incomplete one. It could not perhaps be complete with Linarite...no, Audrey... in the hospital, attached to monitors and machines that in what dreams did not take him to Elision again, seemed to suck her life away drop by drop rather than stabilize it. He wished he could force feed her energy, bring her back to consciousness and reality, to everyone who needed her. He needed her... Terrible word that, it was like a red flag of weakness... but he was weak, people had slipped in through the chinks of his armor... they were not just 'Needs' they had become 'facts', facts he could accept... Lina was a fact, Beth was a fact, his team were -facts-... even Scheelite... was a fact of his life. More names than he dared say as though it would give them the power to make his world shake and crumble and reshape to their will. It was to two of those facts he turned now, Fayalte... and Scheelite. He noted that he would have to visit Selenite later, her ambition perhaps... warranted individual attention, though he meant no slight to her or the others.
The rooftop overlooking the harbor was a favorite location of his, texting them both that he would meet them there as he left the remains of his 'dirty work' just seemed right. He felt... different, the weight of the nail-gun still seemed to hang like a phantom from his hand. The sound of it still echoed in his ears and the blood still stained his uniform but all and all it was a beautiful night... Long enough, they should be there by now. He closed his eyes and teleported, imagining the lights of the city reflecting on the water before he even opened his eyes again to see.

Fayalite was brushing her teeth as her phone made a jingle, one that she had set to one and only one person. He only ever texted when she was needed. Finishing up, she grabbed her phone...read the message, pulled on a coat and was out the door in not even five minutes.
Unlike her captain, and his best friend, she did not have the luxury of teleporting just that. Being in the heart of the city was convenient usually. Toki could go anywhere in a snap. The only part that sucked about these missions? Rush hour.
Once out of her apartment building, hands shoved intoher pockets, she judged a moment later... by all the honking cars, that this was not a time for the bus. She would need to be in uniform, and run. Ducking behind a building she waited for no one to watch... and let that all too familiar feeling of power rush over her. Powered now, she started to make her way for the meeting location. Knowing Zink... he would be there already. Probably will call her late once she arrived, even if she was 5 minutes early.
After what seemed to be ages, she arrived... to het great surprise, before everyone else. "Huh." She said looking around....was this an attack?

Scheelite had been at home, sprawled in his bed and fully engaged in an exciting round of videogaming on his portable game device when the phone went off. The boy had ten tons of people on his contact list that texted him, but like Faya he had set a special tone for Zac and hearing it was enough to make him toss the game aside (on a pillow, of course) and go clambering for the phone.
YAY! Zac was talking to him again! HAPPY DAY!
Much to the dismay of Heather, Demy went spazflailing out of the house in joy...in his pajamas. No matter! Cause soon enough he let the uniform of Scheelite wash over him and he teleported to the location. Faya had beaten him by mere moments, if only because he was being too -hyper- to leave the house immediately.
"Faya! You're here too?" Scheelite was grinning ear to ear, jumping around (and yet being careful with that leg that had had a busted knee...), and generally looking like a hyperactive five year old.

A wash of power as yet a third person teleported in, familiar enough with the rooftop. It wasn't Zink...it couldn't be zink... there was too much of it to be his aura... But it was he who made his weary way into view, He was bloodied, spattered with gore that turned the dark of his uniform black, and specked his face with crimson where he'd half wiped it away.
"... It's... been an interesting evening." He said as though that explained everything.
His uniform had changed, the simple purple-black of it was now inscribed with long blue smoke like curls, the strap of his goggles far more ornate but oddly comfortable looking. His chain, now elaborate and bearing a design of lock and key. He flexed his hand and glanced at it as though he expected something that wasn't there before he sat down heavily on an Air Conditioning unit and stared past them at the water.
"I just nail-guned Eternal Sailor Castor to a wall....and part of the floor..." He said sounding oddly detached about it. Rather like they had just asked him how his night was.

Fayalite had to clamp her teeth together to stop herself from screaming. "SCHEE DONT DO THAT, MAN!" She wheezed out of those same clenched teeth. Fayalite too was bearing the wounds of war... a white X bandage placed over her nose from where she went to the hospital to get it reset. Requiem having broke it...
"Yeah i was texted to come here.. tried to arrive on time, walked. Too much traffi-" Pink eyes flashed wide. Something large in aura.. and yet something familiar feeling, was suddenly behind her. Part of her was afraid to look, part of her was curious... part of her knew who this was...could it be? "Boss?" She wheeled around now, noticing something was different with the man... "Well damn boss when did YOU get so fancy!" Then she spotted the blood....Did his wounds re open was her first reaction, stupid one. The blood was on the mans FRONT not his back. "..You finally pegged the son of a b***h?" A wide smile appeared on her face.. a Cheshire like grin if one had to compare it to something. "Looks like you gained your stripes for it as well... Well, s**t! Congrats." Damn, He was a general.
Sad part was... her next thought was..if he was a general...."does that mean no more team?"

"SORRY FAYA! Just so happy and---whatthehellisthat?!" The blonde captain whirled around, looking all over for the newcomer. The feeling was all too familiar (hell he knew that power signature better than he knew anyone else's!) but it was just so...powerful. There was no way it was him, was it? Maybe his little mental powermap was just off tonight!
"Zink?.." Yep, that was him sitting up there! But he looked different, felt different...it was a power level similar to Tanz, or Serandite or....
Wait.
"You got promoted?!" It was said around the same time as Faya's question about pegging Castor, mouth gaping for a minute before the grin returned and Scheelite did a happy dance for his partner. Promotion! Yes! Zink so deserved it, had -craved- it, this was awesome!
"And you got Castor too? You better not be hurt Zink, tell me you're not!" He limped his way forward, still beaming, still -dancing- for his partner.
But then he simply couldn't hold it in any longer and he had to ask the next important question. "...You'll still be my partner, right?...."

"What? No it doesn't mean no more team, I still rep... reported, to Linarite even when she was Promoted. NO I wasn't hurt and yes I'm fine, I left him, I didn't kill him don't be too excited." He said waving his hand, he didn't want to get into why he hadn't without the groundwork first but the string of questions... "... Yes I'll still be your partner..." He said quietly and sighed. "There is something I need to say to you both...alright?" He looked very serious and very tired. "Linarite... is in the hospital, I told Castor she's dead, that's not...strictly true, but she may die. Her wounds were...very serious. Tanzinite is with her... as much as she can be." His voice had gone quiet... Linarite meant a lot to Zink, he'd been her 'Number One' when they became a team, Team Enterprise... a team he aspired to re-create.

Eyes snapped to attention as the mans attitude seemed to suddenly get more sharp... his aura even seemed to grow thicker. More hard, serious. She listened next... intently. "..What happened to her?" Was her first initial reaction... "Did castor get to her?" Was that the reason Zink was so afraid.. so wanting to get at castor, before he could do this to Linarite? She knew not the connection between the negaverse and castor... but she had a sinking suspicion it was some huge tabboo. Too many people wanted the eternal senshi dead for his own good, or theirs.
"Is there anything i can do?"

The quietness got to him, finally getting Scheelite to stop his bouncing around. Why did he sound so quiet when replying to the partner question? They had been partners even before the Negaverse, but now on different power levels he just wanted to be -sure- but...
Oh..oh wait. The next few sentences out of his mouth explained it and hit Schee like a ton of bricks. Lina was in the hospital? Lina could die? While he hadn't been as close as Zink (he wasn't the responsible one afterall) Linarite was pretty high on his list of people he cared about, and the thought of losing yet someone -else- was not something he could take easily.
"She...she can't die. Lina's too strong for that! She'll make it through..she...she has to, right Zink?... What can we do Zink? We have to do something!"

"...I don't know Scheelite...I don't have the answers to that." He reached up and wiped at his face again and made a small hmm sound. "...Castor swore it wasn't him though... but I do not want you two to do anything without a General involved. Linarite was NOT without skill, whomever or whatever took her down is dangerous. I will not... NOT.... loose either of you to them..." It was as close as he had come to pulling Rank.
He wanted to say how tired he was, wanted to curl up and go to sleep without dreaming of Elision... but...
"I learned some things about Elision too, I need to share that information with you, it's -vital-... especially since we lost two fields now..." And piece by piece he laid out for them what Laureilite had explained to him just prior to the agony of promotion.

"Cant choose whatever senshi lurks around what corner, boss." She said lightly. Making a shrug of her shoulders. "But i wont go personally looking for someone that powerful. If they were strong enough to take out a general... then thats a feat all its own." Blinging, she quirked an eyebrow. "You sure it was not a team of senshi? Not just one?" A team would be formidable as well for one general.
She listened to what the man had to say.
"Wait. So your telling me that whomever grabs control of that world, can control dreams? Alter this reality?" That sent a chill up the lieutenants spine. "We...must not let them." If they gained that power.. they would have control over the earth. "Even if that rainbow world can go to hell."

"...sad to say I'm not...really on active duty anyway." The blonde looked sheepish, fidgeting awkwardly in his stance to get the weight off of his one knee. It looked better now, no outward signs of the metal within that held the bone together.
Still hurt like a b***h at times though, and still made him limp.
"May have hit the fast road to healing but it....it doesn't matter, there's more important things. Promise I won't go looking for anyone too powerful..."
Scheelite fell silent, letting Zink say what he needed to say and Faya ask her questions. He murmured something about liking that particular part of Elysion before piping up with something more meaningful.
"Zink, being my partner and all you know I'm always here to help you in whatever way possible. But hey...you're a general now huh! So me -and- my team are totally here if you need us, just say the word kay?"

"Thank you." he said earnestly. and nodded to both of them. He dodged away from answering any more questions just at the moment, for whatever reasons he didn't want to share just yet. ".... Before either of you ask I was just promoted today, Not long before Castor... I don't think he'll be active any time soon but when he is... I'd expect him to be one of two things... Out for blood... or out to get himself killed, both are dangerous please don't go out alone if you can help it. I can't stress how much we need everyone..."
His tone carried more than the message they both knew, somewhere along the line this became at least marginally personal... and he was worried for them.

"Unless Castor somehow has a name of every negaverser you know boss, i seriously doubt he would seek out and pinpoint either of us. Though... if he ever does." She said, eyes narrowing. "I can not promise you i wont step in." She would lay down her life for them... only them. She knew them, trusted them. ONLY them.
"We are very limited while they are plenty. So unless they hook together on a massive man hunt, which... from their track record they seem scattered and unorganized so i SERIOUSLY doubt it, they wont track us easily."
"..Though, i must say. I understand you are a General now and you don't like me 'talking down' to you, as you call it... consider this a friendly suggestion then. You watch your back too."

"I...can't sit at home, I just can't. I get too hyper and feel too boxed in..but I don't want my team to fall victim either, so I will accompany them. That'll keep -me- from being alone, and them as well. And hey Faya, if Zink's ever busy..you can grab me kay? I'll go out energy gathering with you!"
Schee shuffled around a moment before unceremoniously plopping himself down on the ground and rubbing at his knee. Ow, ow, ow, <******** ow.
"I'm not gonna apologize for 'talking down to you'. Zink...you need to get some rest. You look tired and I don't like you looking like that...I know the thing with Lina and now Castor has GOT to have you worried, but you need actual rest too okay? Please? I don't want -you- getting hurt either..."
