I decided to make a thread since I have never done so on here (actually, I'm surprised it hasn't been done yet.) So yay! Here is my contribution!

Anyway, the Born This Way music video link for all of you to enjoy!
Born This Way

I absolutely love it! It is so crazy and wonderful! She is such an inspiration. I have yet to see the acoustic video, but I will try and keep everything updated.^^

And your contribution is appreciated! I've just moved the topic over to the Lady Gaga Music Videos subforum.

There are other threads in the forum that have the BTW music link too, but this will be the most clear and accessible since the title's straightforward along with the link in the OP.

i loved the music video but my favourite part was the part where she's in the skeleton makeup and the tuxedo with the skeleton guy next to her.
and he's all lifeless at first but then they get all cute and sexual together.

especially towards the end when she pops the bubble gum.

It was definitely inspiring. C: It's not my favorite, but it was good.

I recognize that guy from the fashion-video-remix thing too! xD Hooray for skeletons.

If you had a chance, what would you change/add to the video to make it to your liking?

Hmm, good question. I'd probably shorten or cut the opening sequence. Sometimes a music video should just be about the song, especially when it has a meaning like Born This Way. But we all know Gaga loves to make a story out of her videos!

Good answer!

And yeah, before I even watched the video I saw on the bottom right that it was 7:20 long haha. I was like .. of course, Gaga.

I loved it though.

Oh, I definitely liked the rest of it! I'm really tempted to try that skeleton make-up on...someone else. I don't think my skin can handle that much make-up lol.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do

That video felt like an acid trip. It was the first thing by GaGa that I actually found freaky.....and that is fabulous! blaugh

The video was just weird on so many levels, I was completely engrossed by it. I also especially liked the skeleton parts, and watching her pull a gun out of her v****a was amusing.

I see absolutely nothing similar at all to Express Yourself. Only thing I wonder about, is at the very end when she has the red lipstick and a tear falls, she has the signature Madonna gap in her two front teeth. I got the impression that it's a short little tribute to her for being an inspiration. She is friends with Madonna after all.

Ah, nice catch with the Madonna tribute at the end. I wasn't even aware of that.

I loved the video Gaga is looking hot heart the opening music was from Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo that was a nice touch.
Gaga and the sexy zombie boy Rick Genest were great.
It was a nice tribute at the end to both Michael Jackson and Madonna also.

yeah, i kind of noticed that at the end too. ://D
like, with madonna it's the gap in between the teeth and with mj it's the, uh, glittery boots and the shining gloves.
it actually reminded me of the music video for billie jean because of the empty street and the way she was walking was very similar to the way mj was walking in the video.

yeah, that and, i noticed that if you compare her music video to most of michael's music videos, he pretty much had videos that were longer than the songs too.
like for thriller, bad, black and white, remember the time, etc.
so thats pretty cool. :'D
