Maybe she isn't ready for a relationship just yet, but maybe she will be in the future?
You shouldn't try to pressure her too much. Give her a little space, and let her decide to take things farther when she's ready. You don't want to hurt your friendship by being too pushy. (I had a friend that was in a situation like that, it didn't work out well.)
All good things are worth waiting for. If it isn't meant to be, then it won't be the end of the world. But don't lose hope just yet, and have patience. 3nodding

But the things is just that we aren't really even friends. I've tried talking to her a few times, just talking casually but she just ignores me.
