So, with Mirouni announcing how pathetic things have gotten around here.... I think it's pretty obvious. If we don't pick things up this guild is going down the drain. Years of work, gone. Wasted. I don't know about you guys, but not only would I hate that, but I would be thoroughly pissed off! This place used to be active, and amazing, and one of the best Bleach guilds on Gaia! And with some work, we can be again. It's not just the crew though. It's EVERYONE. If we as members can just take that extra step, make rp posts, put some effort into it, interact with each other more then just OOC, then we can return to our former glory. But it's up to us... And the Captains as well to give us places to post.

Yes, we should contribute to the development of our own guild! We should RP so that our guild not only improve, but also become popular! And not to mention, you get your characters to socially develop.

Totally agree. Not been here for long but it's rather slow paced. I reckon a Captians meeting to decide on guild events would be pretty sweet.

Fragleheart XD Pharao. I think we should also remind people who don't visit here anymore but are part of the guild that we are still alive. XD Try to bring back some people. Good point. I feel like more than anything this is a huge responsibility for us oldies; we should be the ones to rekindle the flame; we were the ones who let it die.

First Squad is going to be starting some training and such, but we will also be creating some mini plots hopefully to get some squads active. I also plan on talking with some people and ressurecting the quincy with a new objective. To become heartless lol. If anyone has any ideas they'd like to try and get implimented into mini plots (or even major guild plots) tell me or one of the other crew and we shall try our best to make it happen.
