One of my all time favorite things about Japan is the food, most of all the bentos. For those of you who don't know what a bento is don't worry. If you watch/read anima/manga you have no doubt seen someone carrying a box lunch, that is a bento. They can be whatever you want them to be: ultra cute, cartoon characters, traditional, modern, and western. They're fun to make and delicious to eat, I make them just about all the time for my Oneechan and myself. It's fun to experiment with different foods and recipies. So, let's all eat delicious food!

But I have to be myself and say that my favorite thing to eat is sushi...... Specifically Unagi (Eel).
Or Don... I like Don... ^.^ (Unagi Don)

Yeah! I love making sushi! It's so fun! ^.^
I've been to Japan and the food is SO fresh there!!! It's really nice to see that! I mean... with all of the processed food around now-a-days... It's a nice change!

Bento boxes are adorable. heart I love them. Thanks for posting the links, haven't been to those one yet. I already see a few things I want from J-list now
Have any of you used the egg molds yet! They come out really good for the most part. Next time I make some I will post some pictures.
