Soul Resonance

As you know, some powerful Meister/Weapon pairs have the ability to Resonate together and transform the weapon into a more powerful form. In this guild, we would like to do the same. As such, there is a system for obtaining Soul Resonance, including some specific prerequisites and information about obtaining said ability. Of all the abilities, this one is the most difficult to obtain and, once you master it, the most deadly.

Prerequisites

That's right; more prerequisites. To train in Soul Resonance, you first MUST HAVE A PARTNER. I know this sounds really dumb considering the fact that it only makes sense that you would have to have a partner, but at the same time I can guarantee that if I hadn't put this, there would have been at least one person trying to obtain Soul Resonance without a partner. Also, when using Soul Resonance you have to be literally touching your partner. You can't be across the country. One of you can't be dead. You can't even be a foot a way. MUST BE TOUCHING. *poke*

Also, to train in Soul Resonance, you must be a SENIOR. That's right. There won't be any Freshman gaining Soul Resonance. It is one of the most powerful abilities, and such it only makes sense that the upperclassmen would get such an ability. Sorry frosh, but you're just going to have to level up if you want to use this ability.

How to Obtain Soul Resonance

If all of the above applies to you, then you are a candidate for obtaining Soul Resonance.

First, you have to find a teacher to train with. Like the Solo and Soul Abilities, you can't do this on your own. Once I have a list of teachers willing to train, I will post them but for now you can train with my teacher character.

Second, you must train for 20,000 words as a combined total of you and your partner. You probably just looked at that number and thought, "Oh my god, there's no way we can do that." Well, yes there is. Because here's how it works. While the words gained through training don't count towards your stats, as with all the other abilities, you can do it over time. Not only that, but you can have any bonding posts with you and your partner count. For instance, if you guys have a really legit video gaming session with 5000 words together, then that can count. Of course, you need to get some time of pure training, at least 7500 words of pure training, as a combined total, THE REST CAN BE OBTAINED INDIRECTLY. Cheers, no?

Finally, your Soul Resonance ability needs to be approved by a moderator, like the other abilities. We don't want someone who's Soul Resonance is "blows up everything... ^_^" or something like that.
