It was a little out of the ordinary for Puck to have a bit of extra spending money on hand and so when he and his Mother went out to do some shopping he was permitted to go to the bakery next to the seamstress they had stopped at and pick himself up his favorite pastry. Not only was he permitted to go but he was permitted to go by himself which was a pretty big deal for him since most of the time someone older tailed along to make sure he and his tentacles behaved themselves not that his tentacles were major troublemakers, one just flailed about playfully while the other hid behind him.
Puck wandered into the Delicious Confections Bakery and then started to venture around the area to get a good look at the goodies behind the display case. One tentacle just idly swayed about and never stayed still while the other just hid behind his back and was content to remain that way. The small horned boy uttered a small song under his breath as he stared from one treat to the other as he tried to find what he was looking for.
As of yet he hadn't bumped into anyone or tripped - a really big deal for Puck since he seemed to suddenly become rather clumsy when he got older but he didn't seem too concerned about it.

"Every teddy bear, that's been good Is sure of a treat today There's lots of wonderful things to eat And wonderful games to play
Beneath the trees, where nobody sees They'll hide and seek as long as they please Today's the day the teddy bears have their picnic"
A boy, still rather young, flew across the midday sky, singing a rather merry tune he had leaned from a recent program on the television. It was a beautiful day to say the least, and not only that, but he had actually done all of his chores, so he could afford to buy his big brother a present!
Granted.. The only thing he could really remember that Edes liked was this sweet bread.. He forgot what it was called, but it was triangular shapped with an apple filling. He just called it sweet bread, because his brother was sweet, and it was bread. Simple enough, right?
With a smile on his face, he landed outside of the bakery, his tentatenna wiggling in excitement as he nearly bounced into the store. Well, he technically did, and ended up bouncing right into another boy who had been looking at the sweets.
"Oh I am so sorry! I'm such a ditz, or atleast that's what daddy tells me! Don't get me wrong, I love my daddy, and I know what he says is true! I'm so clumsy when I get excited!" He rambled just a bit, a bit dazed from knocking himself over.
After a few moments, he smiled up at the boy from the floor, readjusting his goggles so that sat normally ontop of his head, rather than on his eyes.
"I'm Mischa! What's your name?"

Puck uttered a small surprised sound at being bounced into and even his tentacle that was hiding at his back gave a bit of a disturbed wriggle before coiling a bit more around the boy's midsection so as not to be disturbed. Puck pushed at the tentacle a bit as he muttered at it to loosen so it doesn't suffocate him before turning his attention to the rambling boy that had ... many of the same features he did! Puck just smiled and waited for the other boy to finish and then introduce himself.
He reached up and rubbed the back of his neck while his other tentacle waved happily at the one named Mischa, "Haha, and its okay. Usually it's me bumping into people!" he bubbled cheerfully. He reached out a hand happily after rubbing it 'clean' on his shorts and introduced himself, "I'm Puck! You here to get something tasty?"

He grabbed the hand that reached up, giving it a nice squeeze, and shaking it with eagerness.
"Yep! But it's not for me, it's for my brother! He always does so many nice things for me, I want to get him something nice for once. But I don't know much about sweet bread, only that it's sweet and it's bread.."
Mischa had never seen something like that, tentacles that behaved on their own. The only one's he had seen were the ones on his head, that weren't different than he was, they were him, part of him, and they had no personality besides the one that was Mischa. It was very curious to see something otherwise. He gave the other boy a quick look over, and realized they were very very similar! Same hair (minus curly OMG CURLY-ness) tentathingies, eyes that went from one color to another in a rather stunning manner.. Might he say, this boy was quite the looker, as in, he looked like himself!
"What are you here to get?"

Puck was happy to shake hands with the other boy and merely grinned cheerfully at the other boy. He released the hand when the shake was done and listened as the other boy talked back at him with about as much energy and kindness as Puck himself. The boy admired that and simply nodded his head showing that he'd heard.
"That's very nice! Maybe I can help you find it? They have lots of stuff around here to look at. Do you remember kind of what it looks like?" The small boy questioned.
He beamed happily, "I want a cinnamon roll! Two of them actually, because they are tasty," he chattered happily.

"Really?! You'd help me!! Oh thank you so much!" Mischa squealed in delight, the tentacles on the top of his head wiggling, then curling up into little cinnamon bun shapes ans he began to ponder the details of the sweet treat that he wanted to find..
"What it looks like..?" He crossed his arms and rubbed his chin in a thoughtful manner. That was a good question..."Well... They are a triangle in shape, with a.. Um... Flaky crust.? And on the inside is sweet yummy apple goodness~ " His mouth was just beginning to water that the thought of the treat, before he shook his head, giving the boy before him a grin.
"Does that sound familiar?"

Puck smiled at Mischa as he seemed to react favorably to the idea of him helping. As long as they were both happy in each other's company he was glad to stick around and help out. The boy listened curiously as the other described the treat they had in mind. Without thinking he reached out to grasp at Mischa's hand.
"C'mon," he said cheerfully and started to try and lead Mischa around the bakery before he pointed, "Apple turnovers? Those are pretty good," Puck chattered happily. It sounded exactly like what Mischa was looking for!
He smiled happily as he waited for confirmation.

A light blush dusted the bridge of his nose as his hand was suddenly taken, though he didn't mind it. He himself was a rather a touchy feely type of person, finding himself loving to cuddle and give hugs. He enjoyed the feeling of someone against him, though he did not understand why. If he had to guess, he would say it was because he liked the warmth. He gently moved to lace their fingers together, giving the other a grin as he followed the other around the bakery.
"Yes!! Yes, that them!! They are called.. Apple Turnovers? I think that sounds about right!" He looked at where he pointed and nodded in confirmation.
"Thank you for helping me!! Um.. Can I buy you a treat? As a thanks? I don't mind at all!" Mischa's voice came out soft, a shy squeak as his blush darkened just a bit. He was always really bad at thank yous, feeling like he should do something more than just say it.
"W-we can share it! And talk and stuff.."

Puck didn't think twice about the fact that he was holding hands with a boy he barely knew, it was just something that happened whenever the young spawn was with someone. He lead Mischa to the turnovers and was rather proud and happy when it was confirmed that these where the pastries that his newfound friend was looking for.
He blinked at Mischa when the offer was made. He had intended to buy his own treats and then be on his way but then again who know how long it would take his mother at the seamstress so after a moment he nodded, "Sure, sure! You...don't have to," he didn't blush but still he felt a bit bashful about being paid for.
Puck's tentacles shifted and waved a bit feeling their host's sudden bashful emotion.
"I'd love to sit somewhere and talk with you for a bit!" He added after a moment so that the other boy wasn't discouraged.

With a nod, Mischa placed the order, asking for the pastries for his brother, as well as the cinnamon rolls for his newest friend. He also asked for a danish, a raspberry on, and two cups of lemonade.
"We can eat this!" he smiled, giggling at how large the danish was compared to anything else he had ordered. This place definitely had a knack for creating something that was overly huge, but delicious and mouth watering. With a quick glance outside, he turned back to his companion.
"How about we nom this outside on one of the umbrella tables? it's so nice out! And that the people you are with can see you~" Personally, he wasn't in any rush at all. It felt so refreshing to be outside of the house.. Especially with how suffocating his own father had been recently. Tugging on the other's hand, he paid for the treats, and lead him out to the table setting everything down and sitting on the opposite side of where Puck sat.
