ANGELIC ROD HAS BEEN RELEASED!!!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!! ~grabby hands~ WANT! Want. So. Bad! For those who have no idea wtf I'm talking about here it is and for those who don't know the history, this rod is like the Jesus fishing rod and it has been around only in name and image (not available to users) since fishing was released. It's finally out. No one's quite sure how you get it but it has to do with fishing ... A LOT xD .... and I want my jesus rod now emo **update: Panagrammic Angelic Rods GrantedAll angelic rods have now been granted to everyone that should have received them. Lots of information and caveats below: - only users that had logged in since 2010 were on the grant list - rods for newly qualifying fishers will be granted on a weekly basis - if you're coming back to the site after over a year, you'll need to fish again to show up and be checked for the weekly angelic rod grant. There were some questions about the exact qualifications. For reasons of gameplay we would prefer not to divulge exact numbers, but we will say this: - the rod does not require particular fish to be caught, nor does it depend on winning a trophy, nor does it depend on random events. It's fair from the standpoint that if you land enough fish, you'll get it. - fish in any lake you want -- there aren't requirements that are tied to specific lakes - the Gaia Fishing forum is converging pretty quickly on a fairly accurate guess, so if you're really interested there are some pretty canny guesses as to the requirements. 525231 98cae840e8d0ca40c6dedae0d8c2d2dcd2dcce40c6dedadacadcc6ca42

Tinted Mar You need vast quantaties of objects for things like this. Seeing as how Body Dye = 500 of inks. Since there's a lot of fish, appr 10~100 of each fish are needed. c: It makes sense. People are making spreadsheets of data in the fishing forum trying to figure out what it is. I really doubt it's 100 of each though. They would have figured it out by now if it was that simple. With fishing it's never simple xD And people who haven't been actively fishing in the last 3 months are being granted rods as well. So the new fish are out of the picture. If it was just 100 each of the old fish, then it would be that a lot more people would be getting rods.

Because if there just giving it to fishers who haven't been fishing, then why wouldn't it be difficult to obtain? Because the new fish came out less than three months ago. Thus it would be impossible for them to be receiving the rod if they hadn't been active in the last three months. And 100 of each of the old ones wouldn't really be all that hard and a lot more people would have the rod.

Chances being 5/10,000. I wouldn't love those odds. XD
