It hadn't been terribly long since he had interacted with Tia but still Puck was impatient to play with her again plus he had promised her that he would take her to a movie! So he should totally try to arrange that soon because he had promised and everyone that promises something should keep it as best as they could. When his sister had set down her cellphone he snuck up and snagged it and scampered to his room with it and tinkered around on it until he figured out how to access the contact list and get what looked to be the right name for him to call and he dialed it wiggling excitedly on his bed.
Sure he'd have to arrange a ride and all that mess but at least he was fulfilling a promise he made. Niicht didn't seem to appreciate the deviant action and kept trying to take the phone from him but he just batted the overly grownup tentacle off to the side with a small sigh as he waited for someone on the other end to pick up.
Hopefully this wasn't a bad time.
The phone rang and it startled Adriel out of his thoughts, mostly because he had been so worn out since Tia had grown. Her vocabulary had grown as well her aggressiveness towards him and behaving terribly at the same time. He had looked numbly at the phone before Fuu went to reach for it, but it was soon snatched out of its reach.
Tia had run from the other room to snatch it into her hands, a new habit of hers...keep away with the phone.
“Tia...” Adriel groaned as he rubbed a hand over his face, he was ignored.
“Heelllluuuuuuuuu this is Tia, who is this?” Tia sang into the receiver.
Puck jumped a bit on his bed as his eyes widened. That voice sounded familiar and oh wait it was Tia! He wiggled a little on his bed before he replied, "Hi! It's me! Puck! I wanted to see if you've been being good and can go out to the movies with me tonight," he chattered at her happily as he gazed toward the bedroom door to make sure that there were no footsteps coming toward his bedroom. For now it was still safe and so he waited for Tia to reply as he petted at Ziiba who seemed to be cheering him on, Niicht had slunk off to sulk somewhere behind Puck's back apparently giving up on showing him the error of his ways.
Tia perked up instantly when she heard Puck's voice, she hadn't forgotten him. No quite the opposite she had remembered him quite clearly and she was more than a bit thrilled to hear from him so soon. As soon as it was made apparant the phone call was for her she turned her back on her mother and moved back to an area more private.
“Puuuuuuuck I miss you!” She crooned into the phone, as to his question of course she was going to lie. “And yes I have been really good Puck, just for you.” she continued as she hugged the phone close to her ear, she was so pleased to hear from Puck it showed on her face plainly.
He smiled lightly on his end, "An' I miss you, Tia~," he chimed back at her cheerfully. The boy was so gullible he took her lie for the truth for he trusted Tia to be good when asked, "Oh! Good then that means I can come take you to movies, yes? I can ask my momma for a ride and we can watch whatever you want since you been good!" he explained cheerfully. He swayed a bit side to side on his bed as he still kept a watchful eye on the door. Hopefully it would be his mother so he could ambush her with his request, though he supposed Wynni would do just as well so long as she wasn't too displeased that he had stolen her phone.
Tia gave a bit of a squeal that she blocked most of the sound by covering the mouth piece. Yes yes yes! Puck was going to take her to the movies! And she was thrilled and happy and more than pleased he was going to let her choose the movie. Twisting a piece of hair a moment she giggled into the mouth piece.
“Anything I want?” She inquired coyly, she had many many thoughts on what movies they could go watch. What could they watch...anything he said. Part of her wanted to see something they shouldn't see, but at the same time she didn't mind or care, as long as she got to spend time with Puck! That was all that mattered.
Puck gave a small giggle at her response he couldn't help it; it made him happy to hear her voice and to have her be so happy. He nodded though she couldn't see it and verbalized, "Yep! Whatever you want and stuff. It'll be like a...umm...A date or whatever with just the two of us!" he chattered cheerfully not really taking into consideration the weight those words had as he did so. Besides he liked Tia so why wouldn't he want to take her out on one of those Date things? Didn't people take their friends on dates? That seemed totally plausible.
The outing would be just the two of them, not including the poor sap stuck driving them around and playing chaperone.
Tia's ears perked at the word 'date', though it held no special meaning for her at this age, heck she knew what it meant. “Oooh? A date? You are bold...I like that...” she giggled again fiddling with her hair more, “Puck you should come over and play with me. I get so bored by myself. Mommy is no fun, Iah stares at the tv all day watching men run around in the sand bouncing a ball back and forth and daddy..” there was a longing to her voice, “Daddy always seems to be at work..” she complained about the last part.
“As for a movie...how about.....” Her mind flitted over what was playing, “Babes in Toyland?” She inquired.
