A fairly modern and busy town. Pirates flock here because it isn't very "Marine Heavy", meaning not to many marines are stationed here.
This is almost a lawless zone where fights break out quite often, Black Beard and his crew are usually drinking in this area..

His face covered by his signature hood and people could tell by his body language, that this man had power to him. There were low leveled pirates everywhere but none of them caught his attention. With a bounty as high as his, he doubted many of them didn't know who he was. The town reeked of crime because of the lack of Navy involvement. Nike didn't know what he planned to do with this town, but he hoped to find a strong pirate to become his First-Mate. He was about a quarter of the way in the town when people started recognizing him. Fear rose to the civilians' faces but Nike was used to that by now. With his haki and devil fruit powers, he could know what they were thinking and the fear of death from the people around him was what he mostly read.
There was a change of atmosphere around him when he started feeling thoughts of killing when a pirate with a large sword started charging behind him. Of course, this wasn't a surprise because Nike already knew it was going to happen. Nike continued to walk ignoring the pirate's attempt to surprise attack him. The pirate slashed towards Nike's neck attempting to instantly kill him. The blade passed through his body as if it wasn't really there. The pirate's eyes grew wide from shock and from fear. Nike turned around and faced the man. He tried to run away, but Nike grabbed him by the back of his neck and rose him off the ground. "You're 400 years too early in training to try to kill The Black Crow." The pirate screamed in fear and tried to squirm out of Nike's grip.

The man should have instantly died at that point but Nike didn't care. The weakened neck made it easy for Nike's next move. He crushed the man's neck with his right hand and threw the cadaver through the window of the building next to them. The bystanders watching were to scared to make any movement or sound. Nike then replaced the hood over his head and began walking again. │║║█║║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║▌

He'd mostly been keeping an eye out for other fishmen to join his crew but was interested in this Black Crow. After the he killed the man, Mobius smiled and began to laugh. "Grah ha ha ha!!"((Most One Piece characters have there own special laugh.))

Despite his recent act, he doesn't like killing weak opponents without reason. He was certainly imposing but he was still only human, that and a devils fruit user. Not being able to breath under water was one thing but also being a hammer? What kind of insanity bred creatures like this? It was amazing they lasted this long. There had only ever been one recorded devil fruit fishman, Vander Decken, what an idiot he must have been. Standing up, Mobius stretched to his full hieght and grabbed the first person within reach. The shocked man was then face to face with Moby an could hardly speak. "Tell me, who was that guy?" Unable to talk from fear the man held out the bounty poster. Taking it from the human's tremoring hand he looked it over and idlely threw the man into the opposite wall. "Nike, The Black Crow, Nue. 753,500,000 Beli Bounty. Well it looks like he's pretty tough. Wonder why he's not in the New World already?"

He had a nice view of the town and he was ready to begin his recruiting. Electricity surged throughout his whole body and the civilians, who were already watching his every move, started to pay even closer attention. Fear slowly began to rise higher and higher in their minds.

Thick clouds instantly formed around the city and lighting fell like rain striking randomly on different areas of the island. Nike had full control over this and made sure not to hit anyone because unnecessary bloodshed would annoy him. As the citizens of the town scattered around looking for shelter, Nike closed his eyes and focused on listening to their minds trying to find only the strongest pirates on the island who weren't afraid of his power. So far, he found none. "Those who wish to join the almighty Onibasu, come forth! The weak will die before me if they waste my time!" His voice boomed throughout the island as if it were coming from the clouds itself. │║║█║║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║│║║█║▌

Grunting, Mobius scowled "Typical human, always wanting to be the center of attention." His gaze then shifted to a lamp post, then to Nike, then back to the lamp. With a smile he pulled it out of the ground with one hand and threw it like at spear towards the tower.

He doubted that the fish had haki talent to damage him, but there was no use in taking that chance. Nike's right arm hardened due to his Tekkai ability. Lighting surged and enveloped his arm and he sent his fist to counter the lamp. The post bent in several places and fell to the ground. Nike's arm untightened and he popped his knuckles. His gaze locked onto the Fish and dismissed the lightning storm. "Such disrespect in this town." He teleported back to the ground and started walking toward the fishman. Nike replaced his hood on his head and walked past Mobius ignoring him again. The thought of a rookie challenging him was absurd. He made his way back to his customized ship but before he got on, he snapped his fingers. "There isn't anyone strong enough on this island."

From above the fishman, a large cluster of electricity formed and seconds later, a huge lightning bolt crashed down from the sky with tremendous force. The ground crumbled from the exploding contact and a cloud of smoke and dust filled the street. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------With his size Mobius stood no chance of moving from the high speed lightning attack and was struck full on. When the smoke cleared and the dust settled Mobius was left standing in a large crater. His skin was burnt but other wise he seemed unharmed. That was until his shades fell off. His eyes had gone blank since he had lost consciousness and his mouth fell open. There was a sound like steam being released as smoke came out. Despite the fact he was badly hurt and wasn't conscious his body remained upright and standing.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------After some time Mobius eventually came to. His body relaxed a but and his mouth snapped shut. Blinking his eyes a lot Mobius massaged his aching jaw. He then noticed people were staring at him, probally suprised he was alive. Looking down it seemed someone had attached a chain to his leg and further long it three men had been trying to pull him. Mobius wasn't in the mood to waste his time killing them, he was aching, dry and the sun was hurting his eyes. Leaning down to pick up his shades Mobius also grabbed the chain and pulled it, sending the three men hurtling towards him. With the chain now slack his broke the lock between his fingers and headed for the sea. Diving in, Mobius was immediatly refreshed and felt much better. He did a couple of laps he cool off before emerging from the dive pool of his own ship. He had been very specific in the design as it was a great help to fishmen no matter the situation. Once he made his way on deck he bit the moaring line in two and set sail.

"not a navy-man to be seen for miles around..... wow this is great." he smiled and started to walk around the town. when he saw what had happend to the fishman he couldent help but laugh, the guy got rousted from a bolt of lightning, fish are ment to be in the sea he guessed.... not that he had a problem with fish it was just logical. ".....thats on guy im glad im not.... thats was a stupid move i have to say." he sat down at a restrant and ordered raw meat still on the bone. when the meat got there he held it up and lit his other arm on fire and started cooking it himself. Sky jumped on to his boat and got to the wheel, he lit his legs on fire and set sail at high speed.
